Hi! I'm new to this board but hoping you could help me with some information. I was informed a new cast member (Manoel Felciano) will be added soon. Is this true and whom will he replace?

If it hasn't been a big announcement anywhere, I'd guess the new cast member is just for ensemble or swing or something.

No, the name being thrown around for THAT replacement is Joey McIntyre (of New Kids of the Block fame).  |

Ooh...well to get off topic...but not really since the topic is only new cast member...Kerry Butler is going to have some free time around then time when Kristin will be leaving...coincidence?

She's currently in Little Shop Of Horrors. I personally don't think she'd make a good Glinda at all but people keep suggesting it and it seems so odd...or maybe I'm getting my months mixed up as I tend to do....I'm confusified...

WHO IS KERRY BUTLER?! Well Maria already answered...she was also the original Penny Pingleton in Hairspray. She was robbed of a Tony nom in that show. I agree, she'd make a nice Glinda. I'd love to see her give it a go. So would Christiane Noll... I just saw her in Urinetown and she'd make a good Glinda. She definitely has the range. But anyway! Enough off topic talk for me. |
