its hard to even look!!! i think of those outfits and see KRISTIN wearing them! its just hard to picture anyone taking her place...well taking her role...no one will ever take her place

Someone on the LiveJournal Wicked community said 'Ew' to her in the 'Popular' dress, which I think was uncalled for. She's is gorgeous, and though it does sadden me, Cheno isn't going to be Glinda forever. Kristin will always be our original Glinda, but many are going to come and go - and Laura was talented enough to be chosen for the standby! Amen! I agree 100%. The "ew" was really...I thought that was awful. |

it was very hard to see her in those outfits..they're [glow=red,2,300]Cheno's[/glow] costumes! she looked..nice..but not BEAUTIFUL like Kristin does..
it's just like seeing the pics of Eden in her costumes. she looks nice, but it's not the same as Idina!

I totally agree. I'm not one to judge before I know or have seen someone but for me,
I've "grown up" (for the past few months) listening to KRISTIN AND IDINA... and saw the show twice with THEM... THAT's WICKED for me and I can't I'mage it any other way.
I'm sure they are great at their parts but it doesnt seem right to me!

your right. something just isnt...right, about her.  i mean im sure laura would do an alright job as glinda, but for me kristin will always be THE Glinda, and no ones gonna replace her!*sniff*  but all that said i havent actually heard laura sing so i really have no idea  |

Well now I'm wondering what Jennifer is going to look like in the costumes. I haven't seen many pics of her but she definitely looks like a Glinda...

seeing laura in the coustumes wasn't the wierd part (i had seen her in them during a show... and she is very good) anyway, the wierd part for me was just her in chenos dressing room, i mean like i knew she used it, but it was just odd

yeah, its weird seeing her in costumes. Its kind of like...letting other people wear YOUR clothes. They should be just yours, you know? Maybe not. But anyway. Like you guys have said Kristin is like, THE Glinda. I was so bummed when I found out she was leaving before I got to see the show  . But I'm sure the new one (is her name Jennifer?? Something like that?) will be great, and she even looks a bit like the Cheno...but she's not THE Cheno...god I'm rambling again. Gots to go take my meds  lol jk |
