My favorite musical of all time is Rent. It's the show for me. Coming in almost at first yet a close second is Wicked. The rest, in no particular order are: Last Five Years, A Chorus Line, TTB, West Side Story, Avenue Q, Hairspray, Rocky Horror Show, Bat Boy, and Phantom of the Opera.
Whoops. I went over 10. Oh well.
