I'm listening to various versions of "If I Only Had a Brain" from various Oz CDs, recording myself singing it using bits i've picked up from the different singers & then listening to it to see if I'm singing well. I'm doing everything to prepare for my audition next week.

I'm listening to "One Hundred Easy Ways" as performed by Donna Murphy (checking out the competition, if you will  ). She is very talented, and quite a good actress, but I would not put her above either of the Wicked gals. My musicals professor (I took a musicals survey course last semester) said Murphy was the "shoo-in" for the Tony...Hmmm...I would say to him (and did): "Go see Wicked!" |

I'm like, addicted to this song. when i first heard this song, it was so intense....and i thought i wouldnt like it..but then i listened to it again and now im OBSESSED with it too!! i listen to it soo many times a day...i love the parts when Idina belts Halelluah...shes so amazing |
