Right now my roomie is playing FeFe Dobson's "Unforgiven." Now I like Fefe but for the life of me I hate this song. The whole screaming "unforgiven" part just irks the ever loving bejeezits out of me. I also can't stand Outkast's Hey Ya...I loathe that song like no tomorrow...
what about you guys?

I don't really HATE any song, but I dislike quite a few. At the top of my list right now? My roomie's CD of Alvin and the Chipmunks. They sing everything from Achy Breaky Heart to Uptown Girl.
It makes me want to cry, and then find a shotgun.

Well, I'm starting to become over-saturated with ABBA... not to the point of hating it, just getting a little tired of it. My roomie went to see "Mamma Mia", bought the soundtrack, and it's been on... well, just about constantly.
'Course, I could always start up the "Wicked" cast recording 24/7 again... *evil grin*
Heh. Meethinks I need to start counteracting " Dancing Queen" with " Dancing Through Life"... ;D

I hate that Outkast song too Sarah! No one else I know hates it  I was thinking about starting a most hated showtunes thread but I figure I'll just post this here instead- I hate "Send in the Clowns." Could we be any more depressing and BORING? Also at the top of my hated songs list is that Toxic crap from Britney Spears. I don't understand how they produce junk like that and call it music. |

I don't understand how they produce junk like that and call it music. My friend Vicky loves it, as does my roomate. So if I've ticked either one of them off chances are, I'll be hearing it. I don't hate "Hey Ya" for one simple reason...
Someone made a music video with the Peanut characters to the song. It amuses me so and is forever playing on my computer because many webbies stopped hosting it for infringment reasons.

I like the Milkshake song...I also love that "From the windowwwwww....to the wall" song. No idea who sings it, but I was dancing to it on friday night!

I really hate the last track on the Indigo Girls CD, Become You. The song is called 'Nuevas Senoritas,' and every time it comes on I go "Amy, what were you THINKING?!?!" And it also sucks because it's the last song on the cd so I always leave with bad memories.  And I think I might have seen that peanuts thing. It sounds really familiar, but I'm not sure. -gyps |

It makes me sad. I don't like Briteny Spears either. I think she can sing, but she chooses not to so she can have an interesting image. Don't you just hate people who lip-synch at concerts? I go to concerts to hear the person sing live, which is probably similar to when you see a musical... |

I hate the Prince song "Purple Rain". It has hardly any singing in it, and is like a weird sing-song rap. It's at the end of one of my cds with another singer singing it, so I just skip it so it doesn't go through my head.

Does Spears really lip-sync in concert? I'm adding that to my list of reasons I dislike her. That girl is ALL about image, and NOTHING when it comes to talent and musical ability. Oh that really gets me...
