I know! I absolutley adore Liza to death! She is a phenomenal singer and actress. I mean how can you beat Liza in Joel in "Cabaret"? That movie has to me one of my all time favorites. Oh, Wicked and Cabaret rolled all into one! Wish I could have seen. I wonder what Judy Garland would think of Wicked, were she alive today.

I know Judy would have loved it. Judy is my all time favorite singer/actor. Liza is my second-favorite.

They're lovely. And I hear Liza's a big Cheno fan, which is why she was at the show Saturday night. She was there to see the show, support Joel, rake in a bunch of cash for BC/EFA, and be all fanlike with Cheno.

Plus I have a bunch of their CD's. GO LIZA AND JUDY FANS! Back on topic: Liza looks so much better then she did after her split from her husband. I'm so glad she came to see Wicked though. Oh to see Liza live would have been devine. And on the Wicked stage too!

If I could see Liza in person I would die happy. She does look great. It's so sweet that she loves Kristin and that she's still friends with Joel.

Aly, Ryan, Erin...hee! Seriously though, it's great that the stars recognize and appreciate their devotees. There are always TONS of late high school/college kids at lotto, as well as the post-college set. So my guess would be they'd be part of that "young people" group Carole was talking about LLAM...yes, and see, i like to think i am part of that group because i saw it three performances in a row front row and one time Cheno waved at me. Yes, I am sooo sure they were thinking of me...llam... wishful thinking... On the other topic, I love Liza too. And I think Judy would be thrilled to death with Wicked.

Dude, I did three performances in a row as well! And how sweet is Cheno when you do that? She's all with the smiling and the waving and the winking. Idina's harder to catch, but she shows love in her own way.
Anyway, who was I talking to that said they saw Liza in the lobby? It was someone on this board...

It was either me or Erin, and Wes saw her after he met the cast.

Liza Minnelli. Daughter of Judy Garland and Vincent Minnelli (a director). Has starred in several broadway produtions including: Best Foot Forward (at 16), Flora The Red Menace, The Rink, The Act, Chicago, and VICTOR / VICTORIA. She has also starred in several movies, most famous was her role as Sally Bowles in Cabaret, in which she earned an Oscar for best actress (Joel Grey also starred in this movie). She has also put out many solo CD's and has done many a concerts, including a TV special called "Liza With A Z". Bob Fosse directed and choreographed this and won an Emmy for it. Kander and Ebb (wrote music for Chicago and Cabaret) has written many songs just for her and Liza is an incredible and forceful singer who has overcome drug issues, a stroke, and her newly divorced husband David Gest. Hope that helped I love Liza alot if you couldn't tell.

That's tonight isn't it? Sigh, rehearsal calls. I have to be off book tonight. Let's all have a great laugh at that one. Especially since the assistant director came over last night to help me run lines and we so watched The Cutting Edge instead.
I need pictures!!!
