I think it may be awhile since they said that they are looking for a possible color version of Cinderella (which I doubt they'll find) so who knows. I signed up for email notices from PBS for updates and hopefully I'll find out through that.

;DJust picked me up one of those spiffy VARIETY magazines (at 7 dollars for one issue YIKES!)...and its amazing! EVERYONE GO OUT AND GET IT! Its so cool....throughout the whole thing there are like BOOSTERS for the cast members and crew members...very HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOK but in an ozmopolitan way lol. the articles are great so far! ;D

Don't think this has been posted. I found this little bit of news on Playbill: "How exciting that WNYC (New York Public radio) will broadcast the May 7 performance of Candide — starring Patti LuPone and Kristin Chenoweth — live at 8 PM! Diva lovers should tune in to WNYC 93.9 FM, and the musical will also be available via webstream at www.WNYC.org." I really have to watch or listen (since I'm not going). I am so taping "Candide"!! Yay for Cheno!!
And I am definitely gonna watch the Joel Gray thingy tonite on PBS. Even though I have to wake up early tomorrow. But Wicked is more important than sleep. Llam.

I'm not sure if this has been posted already... but at www.wnyc.org there are 12 Candide pictures up, including one of Cheno with Norb and Michelle after final dress rehearsal. Yay! |
