I am having a LOT of trouble getting used to Shoshana Bean as Elphaba. No offence, but she just looks so...un-Idina, I guess. Well, I don't know, just that one pic of her studying or reading or whatever looks so weird. But, who knows, maybe she'll be awesome. Other than that, loving David Ayers as Fiyero, and, WHAT is on Jeffrey Kuhn's (Boq's) head in that Dancing Through Life picture? It looks like a chicken

OMG! I LOVE YOUR ICON AND BANNER! He is so...am I allowed to post it here? Well, lemme just say he is very sexy...hehe. ANyways, yeah, Shoshana just doesn't totally look like Elphaba to me, but I've only seen Idina, so that's why. still loving your banner and icon!

If you check out his face shot and bio on the website you will see that he is lacking a full head of hair (no offense!) so I guess to keep Boq looking young they have to cover his head all the time. That is just my theory. Also Shoshana is awesome as Elphaba and David is hotter in person! |

Hmm, I'm still not sure how I'm going to deal w/ Boq with that on his head...lol, no offence, it looks weird. But David hotter in person? I didn't think it possible! lol. I'm glad Shoshana's good! I hope I get to see her(and David!!!!)

That is just my theory. Well, of course, that would make sense except for the fact that everyone wears a wig - Joel, Kristin, Idina, Shoshana, Eden, Carole - even the chorus members! I think the only people who haven't worn wigs are the character playing Boq and Fiyero. But I don't see what Jeffrey Kuhn couldn't just wear a wig like everyone else on Broadway instead of a goofy purple hat. Anyway, I LOVE Shoshana as Elphaba, except in the Defying Gravity pic - she looks ancient! And David Ayers looks very fitting for school Fiyero, but doesn't look old enough to pull off out-of-school Fiyero. The ALAYM picture looks weird too - Shoshana looks worried and David looks like he's gray and about to be sick, lol. |

I don't think it would be comfortable to wear a wig on a balding head. Maybe that's why Jeffrey Kuhn wears the hat instead of a wig?

Yeah, I agree. That David Ayers guy looks really young, and GORGEOUS. Too gorgeous. But terrific as "School Fiyero".
If the musical had an Avaric, Ayers should've been him. Other than that, the pictures are awesome. Hopefully they'll change with every new cast. It'll be cool if they listed all Elphabas together, Glindas, etc. It could show the participation of various people as the characters...kind of like a trophy wall.
