What is/are your favorite song(s) in Aida? I say songs because I can never decide which song is my fave, as evidenced by the Wicked fave song thread... My faves are The Gods Love Nubia, A Step Too Far, and I Know the Truth.... How bout you?  |

I love "My Strongest Suit"! Its such a fun song. When I first saw 'Aida', I was in fifth grade... and we all know how little kids don't exactly have the longest attention span, even for amazing Broadway shows such as this. So I was really liking it, but I was so tired... and then "My Strongest Suit" came on and I just fell in love with the show. Not exactly the deepest or most profound song in the world, but it's what made me love the show, lol.

My Strongest Suit and I Know The Truth...I kinda love Amneris and really hope to play her when I'm older so that might be why those songs are my favorites.

My friend's and I had to do a lipsynchs to Broadway songs last year as a drama project and some of us did "My Strongest Suit" it was soo fun!! We also did "Mama Im Big Girl Now" from Hairspray I love "Elborate Lives" and "I Know the Truth" does anyone else cry every time they hear this song or is it just me?? lol |

omg i absoultely LOVE written in the stars!! heather headleys voice is soo pretty nd of course adam's voice is just so hot llam..b4 i obsesed over wicked i listened to that song every day like 50 times in a row haha

I LOVE LOVE LOVE "I Know the Truth"! Such a great, powerful song for Amneris. Sherie Rene Scott has a kick-ass voice and I've heard a clip of Dee singing it... let me just say, it was beyond AWESOME! Wooo. I would give my right arm to have such talent ;D
