Oh yeah! There is a time and a place...there is a fine line *sings there's a fine fine line, between rudness and being polite* lol....that was for you Q fans out there.

LOL I know this is kind of ironic, but when Wicked lost for Best Musical, I was like "THIS SUCKS!" and I *almost* started singing "It Sucks to be Me" but that would be weird... because Q just beat out Wicked, so yeah lol.

I don't really like that board (I'm a member too), but Marc Shaiman's 'Pick-a-Little Post-a-Little' spoof was hilarious. -gyps

*Some* of the things on there are funny... but most of the time people just snap at you for breathing! LOL, they take everything so seriously over there. The posts get so repetitive and boring when its just a "Wicked-vs.-Avenue Q" debate. Just because you're a Q fan doesn't automatically make you anti-Wicked... most of us are living proof of that, LOL.

Okay, well I know I haven't seen any of them therefore I can't comment, but just on the storylines - Wicked seems to appeal to me more, now after hearing Avenue Q won I'm interested in finding out more about it, but in a storyline I normally look for the types of things 'Wicked' seems to have. I think a musical can be as good as you want it to be. And I didn't think the book was that bad, it gave a good insight to characters. It could be confusing at times, but it was good to read even if different from the musical. I guess they're two different shows as well. Any story like Wicked, will always appeal.
