I was channel surfing when I came across Outkast's video for "Roses." So in the video they're all in a school theatre and guess what's onstage? a GREEN WITCH!! I saw that too but I didn't say anything to my mom in fear of her beating me. |

We had a quiz in Sociology and the teacher said "Ok I only have a few sheets of pink paper. Who wants a pink quiz?" ::Jeni literally almost jumps out of her seat to get a pink quiz:: "WOW Stars, when did you become alive?" ::Jeni sits down to take her pink quiz with her green pen while muttering the whole time "pink goes good with green"::

I had quite a few.
My friend Rachel came up to me and said "I've been thinking.." and I said "So I've heard." I got a Huh? look in response.
My friend Caroline said "This is my bubble!" and I was like "We can't all come and go by bubble."
When I heard the saying 'The road to hell is paved with good intentions' I thought of the line from 'No Good Deed' - "My road of good intentions led where such roads always lead!"
And in english my teacher called Lady Macbeth wicked. My friend from behind me whispered "Wicked!" to me. As in, 'Did you hear what she said?' llam.

i went on a trip with my school for 3 days to Phillidelphia and we saw this HUGE water fountain [with water shooting up in all directions]...but no the water shooting out was not blue, or whiteish, or clear...it was PINK!!!!!!!! im not even joking...it was like the BRIGHTEST pink you've ever seen!! i think i told just about every single person who was standing around it that the fountain was "galindafied" and i took about 1000 pics of it...wow i was so excited! i have NEVER seen a bright pink water fountain in my life!!

I was flipping through this catalogue like Abbey Press or something like that, and they had this black t-shirt that said "I haven't been the same since that house fell on my sister." I was like "gotta get that! but people would look at me funny, so I've got to find a way to put Elphaba on the shirt." The catalogue also had a door stop that looked like the WWotE's feet under the house, which we thought was kinda mean.

I was sitting in CHURCH today (I'm in the choir) and someone was talking to the children about how God made people with different skin colors and little kids were giving examples of skin color.... and this random girl behind me mumbles "green" real quiet and then starts humming "the wizard and I". I didn't get to see who it was and now I'm dying to find out!

I had a Wicked moment when I was in the shower. I was playing with some play-doh earlier from a "finals kit" with stress relievers, and I was a little disappointed with the color because it wasn't my favorite. It was...green! So in the shower I realized green isn't a bad color because that's what color Elphaba is. So I had the line "unnaturally green" going through my head, and I started appreciating everything green, admiring the verdigris of my green shampoo and my green alarm clock.

I was at the mall today and I walked into Delias and they had this REALLY cute skirt that was green with thin pink stripes and I yelled out "I HAVE to get this! Pink goes good with green!" and the lady there was just like..."um yea!" lol and there was also this really kewl green purse that i named "Elphie purse" and there was like a camo purse and the name of it was Wicked something! haha i spazzed...fun wicked moments at delias!

i had the most random wicked moment today. so i was sitting in the middle of algebra class and were doing these graphingy things and so i shade in what i need to shade and then outline it in pink so my teacher can see it, then i realized that i looked exactly like a broomstick, and cause it was pink i decided it was a galindafied broomstick (i bet none of you knew glinda galindafied elphies broom too, llam!!)

My roommate wrote our names on our message board in green marker, so I decided to galindafy the board by adding pink around our names. I told myself "pink goes good with green" and then I wrote "there's nothing that can stop you from becoming popular."

I don't know if this counts, but I thought you guys would find it funny nevertheless (after I have read through all of these now... and I think the comment "I saw that too but I didn't say anything to my mom in fear of her beating me," was rather amusing.)
Anyway. I usually don't post these stories to anywhere but my LJ, but I am in a "posty" mood tonight. Maybe because I am stalling working on my master's thesis. That could be it...
So where was I?
Oh yes.
So my dad (as some of you may know, and some of you may not) designs dog clothes. He'll contract out a bunch of stuff to different companies, and recently, he helped design a line of pink and green raincoats for (I think) Maxx's Closet, the designer dog clothing label. So my dad got Kristin one of the raincoats for Maddie, and we are sitting there going through the lot of the stuff (Maddie got a blue sweater, and a pastel running suit, and of course, like I said, the raincoat.) And Kristin picks up the raincoat and says, "Oh, is this the cutest thing, ever! Oh my god, this is amazing, I love this!"
And so I (being the incredible shmuck that I am,) said, "See? Pink does go good with green."
And Kristin turns to me, and blinks with this "oh no you did NOT" expression on her face, and opens her mouth, and (without saying a single word) feigns exagerrated laughter, as if saying, "har-de-har-har, I would slap you if I wasn't holding a coat and a maltese."
Laurel, her dresser, simply says, "Ugh," and goes out into the hallway.
You think they are tired of that sort of thing? Maybe? ;D
