Avaric (Ironic because stage Fiyero's personality/appearance/etc. is more based on book Avaric than book Fiyero)
Name are three characters from the book that are absent from the musical.

The lover is a traveling salesman, the future Wizard of Oz, and Elphaba's father. As far as I know, he doesn't have an actual name.
Right, then. Whenever folks ask Idina Menzel how she incorporated Margaret Hamilton's performance in the Wizard of Oz movie into her Elphaba in Wicked, what's the one connection she always seems to make? (Hint: it's a noise)
