Which character do you think you are most like?


I am like Galinda in her transition to Glinda:
I reach out and help those who I think need it ( even if they say they don't), I like to have fun, and I make the best out of all situations! .... and I am not a bit egotistical! lol

I'd have to say Nessarose. Always trying to get things I can't have, always wishing to be something I'm not, ridiculously bitter and jealous of everyone around me. I have arms and can walk just fine, but sometimes I think I'm crippled all the same, not physically but mentally. And so what if I may get a little power here and there; it always ends with me screwed over and even worse than before.

I think I'm a mix of both Galinda/Glinda and Elphie. Because I'm very outgoing and perky. Also very comical. But I'm very caring and always wanting to help. Especially my friends. Also, when I hear Galinda talk and see her faces, I'm reminded so much of myself. And I'm also blonde and into girly stuff.

But I'm also like Elphie because, I care about the world and human rights. And I'm VERY sarcastic and sometimes a bit awkward.

hum....i think im kind of like g(a)linda but more like elphie. im like g(a)linda because im very girlie (i love pinks and everything) and i like to help people when they need it. im also like elphaba because i am very insecure and am sometimes in my sister's shadow (who, like elphaba, is younger than me!). i also care about animal rights (my license plates say im animal friendly!) and human rights as well. i am too very sarcastic at times.

I never thought about, but I suppose I am alot like Nessa, especially in that sense. *thoughtful* I suppose I don't really come off that way on here though.

I think that out of everyone, I am most like Elphaba because she is realistic and knows that not everything in life is sunshine and rainbows, lol. I have my Galinda moments, as I'm sure everyone does. But, aside the fact that I'm not green, I can SO relate to Elphie.

Theres definetely a little Glinda and Elphie in everyone!!

I think alot of my personality can be like Glinda because im usually perky and bubbly...but i am like Elphaba at times [shy in some situations, a little self concious, caring about people who are treated unfairly?]

I dont think im more one of them than the other...just a mix of both

I am definitely most like Elphaba. She's completely misunderstood because no one takes the time to get to know her, but when people finally get past her exterior, they realize what a fierce, passionate person she is, which is very much like me. Not to say I'm green...but sometimes high school kids can be very cruel if you're not the prettiest girl in the world . Also, Elphaba's passion and the way she fights for things she wants (especially in the book, with Dr. Dillamond and the Animal rights) is reflected in me and my relentless efforts to live my passion and become an actress. Elphaba is very much a realist about love ("I'm Not That Girl" anyone?), but uses that as an outer shell to hide the fact that she, like anyone, can fall in love. I am constantly cynical and sarcastic and loathe when people tell me that I don't put enough effort into my clothing/hair/makeup, because I think that it's extremely material and also quite pointless. Not that I don't go all girly sometimes, but most of the time I'm kind of nonchalant about what I wear and all of that.
The quote that makes me most similar to her is when, in the book, she tells Fiyero to go away because "she's not worthy of him" (Yes, I've told my boyfriend that, because I am horribly insecure at times). She says to him, "Being born with a talent or an inclination for goodness is the aberration," which, if Gregory Maguire hadn't said it first, I probably would've said.

And I do have to agree with Gypsy, in saying that I am also like Nessarose at times, but I have actually started to put life into perspective and now I just have my Nessa moments. Then again, don't we all have Nessa moments?

And I also apologize for writing a monologue here.

never apologize for saying whats on your mind, I think that your comparison was great, and you broke down Elphie very well! wow.... I am totaly Galinda.... there is possitive in everything.... its just a matter of searching! ;D

I haven't seen the musical yet(I'm seeing it on Sunday! I had to wait a long time 'cause my mom wanted us to be in matinee, and she didn't really know what she was doing...lol), but I have the CD, and know everything I could find out about the musical, and I think I'm sort of a cross between Glinda-Nessarose-Elphie....Sometimes I'm more like Glinda and Nessa, a bit immature, but still have the best heart, and I'm also like Elphie a lot, down to Earth, but still very kind:) Sure, I'm not always kind, but no one always is: ;)Anyways, sorry about writing that long thing....I just can't wait to see Wicked!

sometimes i think that i am most like nessa. she just wants to be lar and loved. and she is totally jelous or galinda, JUST LIKE ME. i want to be her but if i was her... then i would have no1 to worship llam. i guess i'll have to see. i'm seeing it on sat (night) for the fourth time with layla. i'll make up my mind when it is fresh in my head

I'm a bit Galinda and a bit Boq...

Galinda because I'm very concerned about my appearance and what people think of me...I mean, I'm not crazy about it or anything, but I worry about what I look like. I want to present myself well so people know that I'm being the best person I can be...and i like to shop, too.

and then I'm like Boq because, well, I'm short and...short? Lol, and once I find someone I like I don't give up on them until I either a) get them or b) stop liking them.
