Saw a commercial for Expedia.com...
Woman:"Hunny, we already for our trip to New York?"
Man:"Yup. All booked. And we can get tickets to a show?"
Woman: " Do they Majic? (or however you spell it)"
Me: "No! Go see Wicked!!!"

Together would be...interesting to say the least.
'Nother random moment:
Shows were announced for the summer theater program I am in...one is Honk (Jr.). By Mr. Steven Schwartz. Our director started naming other shows done by SS and after each one I would mutter Wicked under my breath and had my friend Laurie cracking up the whole time. Good thing the director was in a good mood.

I'm too old to be in it. ;D Those shows have an age cutoff of 18. I did my last Children's Theater Show 2 years go. But the mainstage (upto age 24) is doing Suesical (sp): the Musical and I am going to audition for that come June.
I can't wait for the rights for Wicked (after the show closes in 10 years ;D ) to be available because this group would rock "Wicked Jr"

Well actually, compared to the book, the musical probably would be considered Wicked Jr. A lot of Broadway shows have a shorter version for children's theater...shows in Summer Stage rarely go longer then 1hr 1/2 because of the little uns in the audience. Line: E: You're the only friend I ever had. G: *cries* And I had so many!! |

Wicked Jr. would be fun...as long as they don't make playbill-Elphie holding a book or something like Les Mis.
