I just bought a shirt with Spongebob on it and it says "Most Popular" ;D I saw it and I knew I had to have it and I started singing Popular... People stared at me.

So at LaserQuest today (aka laser tag), we had to pick code names. Naturally, I was Elphaba-- and came in fourth out of eleven! Of course, none of my campers seemed to get it when I explained that it's the Wicked Witch of the West's real name, and it didn't help that the people there misspelled it as "Elphba" for the first round. Still...fun!

I can't believe I just made a comment in my history seminar regarding Cold War-era fears of communism involving the phrase "bringing people together by giving them a really good enemy."

I can't believe I just made a comment in my history seminar regarding Cold War-era fears of communism involving the phrase "bringing people together by giving them a really good enemy." LLAM!! I'm being Elphaba for Halloween this year, and have already assembled most of my costume (green make-up included).

Oh, my friend did that last year, with the schoolgirl outfit, and with her little sister as Glinda. She's ElphieDefiesGravity on BWW, I think, and I believe she posted pictures on her profile...

My friend was stressing about his math test, so I said, "It's just math." He replied with "eh, it's just life," which led me to tell him to "keep dancing through!"
Yeeeeeah, I'm a dork.

Sounds like something I'd do. Seriously. I've done things like that to complete strangers before.

Popularity (who is a brunette) and I tried to convince our drama teacher (who has seen Wicked) that she was blonde and I was green.
Me: She's blonde.
Popularity: Yeah, can't you see my curly blonde curls?
Drama teacher: No.
Sometimes I even embarrass myself.

My friend and I were walking down an empty hall after school, so we just kinda randomly decided to sing "The Wizard and I," and we were really belting it out, and then we turned a corner and a janitor was there, kinda staring. llamoc!
