Part 1- The Wish and The Switch


Boq had always been in love with Galinda from the moment there eye's met that first day at Shiz but she had always just found him to be a friend and couldnt possibly love someone who was beneath her on the social scale. Boq had always hoped one day she would realize how much he cared for her but then she met Fieyro, the handsome and popular Winkie prince. Galinda asked Boq to ask Nessa out to the OzDust ballroom but he knew she loved him but he didnt feel the same about her, he loved Galinda.

One day Boq sat all alone thinking, when Nessa came wheeling up in her wheelchair.

"Boq?, Whats wrong?" asked Nessa.

"Nothing, just thinking" said Boq sort of in a daze.

"It's her isnt it?" said Nessa near tears.

"Nessa, you know I love you, but..."

"But, im not her" said Nessa, who then wheels off crying.

"Oh Oz, why can't I just love her, Galinda doesnt love me and never will cause I'm not him"

Boq then makes a wish he were Fieyro and then begins to sing to self "Don't wish, don't start, wishing only wound the heart, there's a boy I know he loves her so, Im not that..... boy"

All of the sudden Boq begins to feel woozy and fall on the ground and he awakes to groups of girls staring at him

"Oh Oz, he is waking up" said One girl.

"Oh Oz, what happened?" said Boq but he stop for a second, he didnt sound like himself.

"Whats going on here?" said Boq in his new deeper voice.

"Fiyero, are you okay?" said Another girl.

"I'm not Fieyro, Im Boq!" said Boq, now completly confused.

"Fiyero, Fieyro, where are you!" Came Galinda's voice from a far!

"There you are, I have been looking for you" said Galinda shooing away the girls surronding Boq.

Boq looked in awe at how much Galinda believe he was Fieyro and was happy, he was now that boy!

Part 2- The Discovery and Plan

"Where have you been Fieyro?" asked Glinda.

Boq was so shocked... How had he become Fieyro, he quickly scanned his brain and then remembered his wish and smiled.

"I was looking for you" said Boq quickly

"Oh... well... okay... Your acting quite strange is something wrong, Fieyro?" said Glinda glaring at Boq as Fieyro.

Boq looked around in terror, if he told her the truth she would think he was crazy so he just said "No of course not, so what are we going to do tonight?"

"Okay, because you seemed strange when i first came here looking for you, I was thinking we go to the Ozdust Ballroom" said Glinda.

Boq was exicted, he would finally be able to dance with the girl he truly loved but something was wrong, if he was Fieyro, where was Fieyro?

At that very moment, he spotted himself coming towards him and Glinda, Boq began to panic!

"Glinda, i have to speak to Boq about notes for history class, so I will meet you at the Ozdust tonight at 8.

"Okay, Fieyro.", she then kissed Boq and Boq was very happy.

Glinda then very confused and happy walked away.

"WHO ARE YOU AND WHY DO YOU HAVE MY BODY?" screamed Fieyro in Boq's voice.

"Its Boq, Fieyro." said Boq, very amused at how the tables had turned and how he was taller than the very person who through his book that day he met Nessa.

"Bic? the munchkin!" said Fieyro with a very pissed off look on his face.

"Its Boq, For Oz sake can anyone get my name right!" said Boq.

"You give me back my body now!" said Fieyro.

Nessa then wheeled up in her wheelchair and Fieyro looked at Nessa as though he was seeing her for the first time, which he probably was considering he never paid attention to Boq or Nessa.

"Boq, can we talk please" said Nessa all red from crying.

Boq looked at Nessa in pity, he felt bad for her and knew Fieyro didnt care about her, Boq loved Nessa but he didnt love her as much as he loved Glinda.

"If you treat her badly I'll kill you" said Boq to Fieyro in hushed tones.

"Boq? Are you okay?" said Nessa looking at the boy who she thought she had always loved but she didnt know what had come to be.

"Uh... Nessa, Umm... "said Fieyro still stunned he even knew her name.

"Boq, listen to me, I love you and I know you love Glinda but she has someone, please.... I love you so."

Boq began to feel horrible, Nessa really loved him and he treated horribly and he been so selfish... he felt horrible.

"Wanna go to the Ozdust tonight?" asked Fieyro in Boq's body.

"Oh... Boq, your wonderful! You do love me!" said Nessa very exicted! She then kissed Fieyro and wheeled off.

"Seems Im a better you than you are." said Fieyro.

Confused and weirded out by the sight of Fieyro in his body, Boq walked off to his dorm to ready for his date with Glinda.

"Wait one minute, Bic!" said Fieyro.

"Its... B- Fieyro, now." said Boq.

"WHAT?! I'm Fieyro, Your Boq!." said Fieyro.

"Not anymore." said Boq with a smile on his face.

Part 3- The Changes and Old Love

Boq began walking to his dorm and could hear Fieyro going nuts behind him cursing Oz for what had happened to him.

Boq kept wondering, what did happen to him? Was it a spell? Was it a curse on Fieyro n he had been the only suitable person around for them to use.

When Boq entered his dorm, he was stunned, this wasnt the dorm he had just been in this morning, it was bigger and everything was cleaner than before. His clothes were bigger, his bed, everything was no longer small like himself.

"Wow, what happened here?"

He wandered around looking at all the new stuff, he then quickly changed his clothes, he put on a blue shirt and tie and blue shoes. He was putting the finishing touches on his apperance when Fieyro burst in the door

"YOU EVIL LITTLE MUNCHKIN!!!!!" screamed Fieyro who then tried to grab Boq's throat but missed.

"Who are you calling a munchkin, your the munchkin, not me, not anymore" said Boq in snotty tone.

"What's happening to you Bic, your acting well like me?" said Fieyro.

"I dont know what your talking about but I like who I am now" said Boq, now spiking his hair

"Well, I have been thinking... Oh Oz! Whats happening to me, its like we have become one another and were becoming more and more like one another" said Fieyro suprised at how smart he was becoming!

" I really dont know what your talking about Bic or something but I've got a date with Miss Galinda!" said Boq leaving Fieyro all alone.

"Wow, if that is what I was like, Im glad Im different... WAIT A SECOND! WHAT AM I SAYING! COME BACK!!!

Boq was half way to Galinda's room when he saw Nessa, she was dressed in all red, she looked beautiful and he began to feel like he was truly in love with her.

"Nessa?" said Boq

"Yes, Fieyro?" said Nessa looking up at him from her wheelchair.

"Nessa, its not Fieyro, its Boq in Fieyro's body" said Boq.

"Fieyro, your so funny, thats a great joke" said Nessa.

"Im serious, Nessa" said Boq grabbing Nessa's hand

"Wait... only Boq grabs my hand like that!" said Nessa looking at Fieyro and thinking is he telling the truth

"Boq?, What in Oz Name happened to you?" said Nessa still puzzled at the fact that Boq was now the most popular boy on campus.

"I dont know, one minute, im all alone and then Im on the ground surronded by girls then Galinda came and called me Fieyro and I saw my reflection and indeed I was Fieyro and now Im starting to act like him, because I made Fieyro in my body feel horrible by acting like him, i feel like were trading personalties"

"Boq, stop it your scarying me" said Nessa in all seriousness"

"Im scared Nessa" said Boq, now holding Nessa's hands.

"Well what a sight this is" said a voice from behind.

"Elphaba, What are you doing here?" said Nessa in shock her sister was out of her room.

"Elphaba, Its not what you think, Im Boq, not Fieyro something happened to me and Now Im Fieyro and Fieyro is me" said Boq

"You have been around Galinda, way too much!" said Elphaba.

"No, Elphaba, He's telling the truth" said Nessa

"Your both insane" said Elphaba about to turn and walk away when she remembered something.

"Boq, were you in the courtyard earlier this afternoon?" said Elphaba.

"Yes, I was, Why do you ask?" said Boq puzzled.

"Well I was making a potion and some of the mist from the potion I used went out the window into the court yard" said Elphaba.

"What kind of potion" said Boq and Nessa at the same time?

"A Heart's Desire Potion, it give you what you desire most" said Elphaba, rubbing her elemerald skin and wishing the potion had worked on her.

"I did make a silent wish to be Fieyro so Galinda would love me" said Boq.

"Boq, Have you noticed any changes in you or Fieyro" asked Elphaba.

"Well, we have been acting more like each other" said Boq puzzled

"Oh Oz, If you dont get the antidote by midnight, you and Fieyro will permenatly be each other." said Elphaba.

"SWEET OZ!" said Boq fainting.

Part 4- Heart's Desire and Old Feelings

"Boq?" said Nessa very upset.

"I'm okay, Im just in shock" said Boq getting to his feet.

"What do I have to do to reverse this?" asked Boq.

"I do not know but I will find out and let you know but until then you better just lay...." Elphaba got cut off by the squeal of another voice!

"FIEYRO, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?" asked Galinda in a very angry tone.

"Fieyro was just telling us about Winkie country and what life is like there" said Elphaba covering as best she could.

"Oh... well Let's go Fieyro" said Galinda.

"Um.... Galinda, Could I have a word with Fieyro for a moment please" said Nessa very kindly.

"I guess so but be quick about it" said Galinda looking at her pink watch.

"Boq, Elphaba said to meet her outside of the Ozdust at 9pm, which gives you exactly 3 hrs with Galinda." said Nessa quickly.

"Okay, umm.... I love you Nessa" said Boq quietly.

"I love you too, Boq" said Nessa in a whisper.

"Let's go Fieyro!" said Galinda tapping her foot inpatiently.

Boq and Galinda leave and Nessa looks off in a dreamy state.... "He loves me!" said Nessa very dreamly.

"Oh Oz, your both crazy!" said Elphaba running back to her room to find the book of potions to find an antidote.

Meanwhile... Fieyro sits on Boq's bed thinking, how did this happen to him?

He then remembers seeing Boq and Nessa together and wishing he had what Boq had, a girlfriend who wasnt so shallow.

Fieyro now thinks who could reverse this?

"It's not like I know someone who does magic or something" says Fieyro to himself.

"Oh wait, yes I do" says Fieyro to himself then rushes off for Elphaba's room.

Meanwhile, Boq and Galinda are on there way to the Ozdust.

"You have been acting quite odd recently" said Galinda staring at Boq.

"No I haven't Galinda, Im same shallow, brainless, school disliking guy you have been in love with since you met me" said Boq.

"There you go again, you know your acting alot like Bic" said Galinda still staring.

"Bic! Please, Me act like that freaky little thing! What in Oz name makes you think we have anything in common, Im royality and he's well... a munchkin!" says Boq shocked at how much he sounded and is acting like Fieyro.

"Thats alitte harsh, Bic isnt that bad" said Galinda.

"Well then why do you ignore him?" said Boq trying not to tip Galinda off.

Well, he's always hanging around me for one, and well he's very much in love with me and I dont know why and well he's also kind of annoying, Why are you so concered with Bic?

"Its actually Boq, Miss Galinda!" Boq stops in terror.

"What did you just call me?" says Galinda turning back to Fieyro.

"Sorry, I've heard Bic call you it, I need to stop thinking about that waste of space" said Boq, yet again shocked at how much he is now acting like Fieyro.

They finally arrive at The Ozdust and have a great time. Soon Boq begins to feel more and more like Fieyro and less like himself, he begins to stare at himself in the mirror, and can't think as much as before.

Boq begins to worry about himself then the clock strikes 9pm!

Part 5- The Kiss


Boq began to panic, he couldn't just leave Galinda but he needed to leave to get the antidote to reverse the Heart's Desire potion!

"Galinda, I must go" said Boq, sheeply

"What!? The night is still young, Fieyro, what is with you? You have been acting so strangely, you have been acting like Boq!" said Galinda, in an upset tone.

"You wouldnt believe me if I told you!" said Boq beginning to move toward the door.

"Try me, Im not as dumb as people think" said Galinda following Boq to the door.

"You would think Im crazy" said Boq who still had his eye on the clock, now read 9:10pm.

"Fieyro just tell me" said Galinda, very upset.

Before Boq could answer, Elphaba appeared before them.

"Elphie! What are you doing here?" said Galinda very nervous hoping no one would realize they were now friends.

"I came to talk to Fieyro, he and I were assigned a project in History, were suppose to meet at 9:00 but someone forgot and I thought he might be here with you so I came to get him" said Elphaba glaring at Boq.

"Oh... now I see, Then why was Fieyro so apprehensive about tellinng me?" askled Galinda, now very confused.

"The project is very important any detail could have drastic effects on lots of people" said Elphaba very cooly.

"Let's go Fieyro, we have lots to do" said Elphaba, beginning to walk.

"Okay, Elphaba, i will be right there" said Boq.

"Galinda?" said Boq.

"Yes, Fieyro?" said Galinda.

"I love you with all my heart" said Boq, now blushing.

"Oh... thats so sweet, no boyfriend of mine has every said that and truly meant it." said Galinda.

"I really mean it" said Boq, who then kissed Galinda.

"Oh, Fieyro, I love you too!" said Galinda.

Boq then runs out to find Elphaba leaving Galinda breathless.

Part 6- The Desicion

Boq found Elphaba waiting for him outside the door of the Ozdust.

"You really love her. don't you?" said Elphaba without a single sign of emotion.

"I do, but as a munchkin she would never go out with me, plus Im also attracted to Nessa.... I dont know what to do!" said Boq very confused.

"Well, if you dont make up your mind soon, it will be too late" said Elphaba, very oddly like she wanted a desicion right away.

"What do you mean, make up my mind?" said Boq very very confused.

"You could stay Fieyro and by midnight the transformation will be permenant or you can become yourself again and have Galinda shun you like she did before but have the love of my sister" said Elphaba very calmly.

"I.... I..... I...." said Boq before he fainted to the ground!

Part 7- Changes Become Permeant and Galinda's Hidden Feelings

Boq, are you okay? asked Elphaba with some concere, considering this was the boy her sister was always going on and on about, "Boq this, Boq that", frankly Elphaba was sick of hearing about him but he was very nice and i guess goodlooking or Nessa wouldnt be so in love with him.

"Boq? Are you okay?, Are you dead?" said Elphaba half kicking him.

"Excuse you, your kicking royality here!" said Boq.

"Oh please, your a munchkin, if Im kicking munchkin royality than you must be very important." said Elphaba with a giggle.

"Excuse me, Elphaba, Im Fieyro, Not Boq, besides, Do I look short to you?" said Boq.

"Boq, what is with you? Oh Oz! Its becoming permenant!!" said Elphaba in a panic.


"Elphaba, Im sorry, Its Boq, sometimes I feel less like me and more like him." said Boq, still upset with the whole Fieyro thing.


"Well, Boq what are you going to do? Stay as Fieyro or become you again for Nessa?" said Elphaba sternly.

Before Boq could answer, Galinda appeared.

"ELPHIE! What did you just say? Did you just say thats Boq, not Fieyro? Or am I hearing things?" said Glinda very confused.

"Umm... That correct, Galinda." said Elphaba blankly.

"OH OZ! HOW DID THIS HAPPEN, OH OZ, I KISSED BOQ!!! BOQ, HOW DID YOU BECOME MY FIEYRO AND IF YOUR HIM, WHERE IS HE?" said Galinda almost out of breath from freaking out.

Boq just stood staring at Galinda, unable to speak.

"Let me explain, I was making a potion called Heart's Desire and some of the smoke went outside into the courtyard where Boq and Fieyro were sitting and they both made wishes to be each other, Boq to be Fieyro, so you would love him and Fieyro to be Boq, so he could he could be with someone less shallow, my sister.

"Oh Oz, What is going on here in Oz? WHAT?! Fieyro said Im shallow! I'll.... wait! Where is he?" said Galinda very upset!

"He's me and Im him and if we dont get the antidote by midnight, the switch will be permenant." said Boq alittle depressed now that the charade was up.

"WELL MAKE WITH THE ANTIDOTE! I WANT MY FIEYRO BACK!" said Galinda very upset.

"Im sorry, Miss Galinda, I should have told you but I thought maybe if I were Fieyro you would love me." said Boq, almost in tears.

"Look what you've done Galinda, you selfish girl, the poor boy has been in love with you since he met you and you just broke his heart, I hope you happy!" said Elphaba in anger.

"Im sorry Boq but Fieyro is the one for me and I cant change that." said Galinda, then she thought to herself, Boq was very nice to her as Fieyro and was a better boyfriend then Fieyro.

"Well let's go find Fieyro and get the switch over with" said Elphaba taking Boq by the arm and began to walk as Galinda followed still thinking about Boq.

Part 8- A Shocking Kiss and Time Running Out!

Meanwhile, Fieyro sat in Boq's room thinking when Nessa knocked on the door.

"Fieyro... Its Nessa, can I come in?" said Nessa sweetly.

"Nessa.... Come In." said Fieyro in a monotone.

"Fieyro, are you okay?" said Nessa staring at Fieyro as Boq.

"Nessa, why do you keep calling me Fieyro, Its Boq... You know I really love you." said Boq who then pulled Nessa in a passoniate kiss.


"Oh Boq! You do love me!" said Nessa very exicted!

"What?! Im not Boq, im Fieyro, Its just im becoming more and more like Boq and it's like its taking over me and its almost completely taken over.

Nessa was shocked by what Fieyro said!

"You mean if Elphaba doesnt reverse the potion by midnight, Boq stays you and you stay Boq?" said Nessa almost near tears.

"I guess so but I think if that happens its like we were born this way, so I would be the Boq you know and love only you wont remember me ever being Fieyro, it would be like I was Boq and always have been." said Fieyro shocked at how smart he was becoming.

"Oh no, I want my one and only Boq back!" said Nessa dreamly thinking of Boq.

"I want Galinda back too." said Fieyro thinking about Galinda.

Then suddenly, the door burst open and Boq as Fieyro, Galinda and Elphaba came in.

"Oh thank Oz! You made it!" said Nessa and Fieyro at the same time.

I really like your idea for this story, but I think that you should elaborate a bit more and get a little more into details and description. Also, it's "Fiyero" not "Fieyro" and you seem to keep switching from "Galinda" to "Glinda". Like I said, I really like your idea and it is a good story. I know how it feels to have lots of ideas and to just have to get them down. But you might want to build a bit more before you switch scenes. Keep writing!
