Wow, the icons are amazing! So say a person wanted to take one... say...oh, it's hard to choose!... umm, pop-you-lar... how would a person go about doing that? Yeah, I'm a brainless and empty-headed newbie. <embarrassed> First, you get pounced by the Winkie master! lol... You need a paint program, either Microsoft Paint, which comes with most computers with Windows, or a better program (I use Paint Shop Pro 8)....make the work area 100x100 for a livejournal icon...50x50 for an AIM icon. Then paste the picture you want. You may have to resize the picture. I suggest playing around for a bit testing things before saving anything. Then you apply the text you want in the colors you want. If you don't like what you create, keep trying...or ask someone else for help. PS >> Intro yourself!!! Everyone else wants to know who you are lol. And you might get a banner out of it if Aly/Sugar Therapy gets a hold of you. ;D |

Yes you can take one of her icons. But you can also make your own. I read your post wrong lol. Her icons are for LJ, so they won't fit on this board. To take one of her icons, say "I am using _____" and then right click and save the pic You intro yourself in the very top forum...under "Untold Story." There is a topic devoted to it. |
