Ok, I've been absent for a little while b/c I've been going CRAZY trying to upload this Wicked screensaver I made to a website. First I made one with music at it came out to be 74 MB! So that had to go...haha. Once I took the music out though, I got it down to just over 5MB, and then compressed it to just under 5 so that I was able to upload it. I put it on a website similar to my AIM icons one. It's at www.geocities.com/wickedscreensaver It might be down due to bandwidth if several people go to the site at the same time, b/c the file is SO big and so the bandwidth goes quicker. If ya download it, just unzip it once you have it in a file and it'll install on your computer under Screensavers in Properties as "Untitled Screensaver". Let me know what you think! Rachel |

I'm glad you like it, Cate! And sorry again about bandwidth problems...I knew it would be bad, b/c it's a pretty big file, but bear with it...haha...it can't POSSIBLY be down as much as the UnOfficial Idina Menzel page! I'm officially used to seeing the "The web site you are trying to access has exceeded its allocated data transfer" message when I visit there.

Ugh. Stupid computer. Website won't open. It does this occasionally. Says that it will be up and running withink the hour. Eventually I'll be able to see it!

You guys with data transfer rate problems should really upgrade your web pages. If you're really interested in maintaining even a small website, it's worth it. I have a domain name, and it's only like $8 a month or something...I'd say it's worth it, as I get thousands of hits. You can always upgrade to the first level for something like $5 a month.

I have actually looked into it...but really, I don't have like a huge site...it's just a page, and there aren't thousands of people that are going to visit it and download the screensaver, etc...and I really don't have the money. $8 a month adds up Rachel |
