Well, I hesitate to post these before I've made more in the series, but I adore them so I am posting them! ^ ^!
It all started while playing Super Smash Bros. Melee on the Gamecube...
I was playing as Bowser, my best character in the game and I got hold of the star wand. Being the absolute Wicked obsessee I am, I shouted out "LOOK! I'M GLINDA!" And then a monstrous vision entered my mind. Bowser in a blonde curly wig and a blue dress holding the Starwand... and this came of it:
The dress is not completely accurate, as I didn't have any pictures with me at the time and I couldn't wait until I got home to draw it. I, personally, love the claw polish, heheh...
So, I've decided to revisit the idea and so far I have two finished characters and many planned. First, Blinda, take two:
Not many differences, except the hairstyle and the dress is much more accurate. I took out the makeup as I thought it was a bit much. The next is the next obvious character to assign: Elphaba!
Who else would play Elphie, but the already green dinosaur! Meet Yoshiba! I was a bit confused about adding hair to Yoshi as well as putting a hat on him as his eyes stick up, but it isn't bad. The detail I did on the dress doesn't show as well as I'd like. This was my first picture I ever colored on the computer so I've still got practice to do! ^ ^
The first pic is colored pencil and the second two I drew in my sketchbook and then colored on the computer. I hope this classifies as fanart, if not the mods can feel free to delete it. I will update this message if it remains here with more characters and art in the series.
