I've seen the touring production twice here in Toronto. Except both were without Stephanie J. Block as she was injured. Kristy Cates from Broadway was Elphaba. The production is AMAZING. The cast is incredible. Kendra Kaseebaum as Glinda is perfect. I'm dying to see it at least once more with Stephanie, but it only has three more weeks and the run is sold out completely. Looks like I'll be trying the lottery...

The tour has a lottery? You learn something new every day. Do other show's tours as well?

I'm not sure about other shows, but this one does. You have to be there 2 hours early for your chance to win one of 20 tickets for $25 for box seats to the show.

Does anyone know if Stephanie will be staying for the San Diego cast in 2006? Things are looking grim for getting LA tickets, but it'd be a shame to miss out on such a wonderful performer.
