Hi guys... I registered maybe a week ago (or more, can't remember) but never introduced myself here...so I'll do it now.

I'm Marisa, 15 years old, live in CA...3,000 miles from Broadway, yes, it sucks. *sigh* I practically live off cast recordings.

I've always loved musicals (my first one was Les Mis when I was maybe 6) but I only started following Broadway I think 2 about years ago, when I saw the previews of the Into the Woods revival in LA, became totally obsessed, and yes, followed it to Broadway.

I've been following the seasons since.

Haven't seen Wicked yet, alas. The day I decided I wanted to see it in SF was the day it closed. llam, do I have awful luck or what? Ah well. There are always tours...

And one day he'll say to me, "Elphaba. Girl who is so superior. Shouldn't a girl who is so good inside, have a matching exterior?"

Hi there! My name is Jess and I figured I oughtta introduce myself to those of you who are exactly like me and loooooooooove Wicked!

I actually just got the cd maybe...3 months ago in January I think? Well, I've listened to it non stop since then, like, honestly, hasn't come out of my cd player. I've gone through like 50 batteries! 2 of my friends, my music teacher and I all have tickets to go see the show on April 10th, so I have decided to stop listening to it until the ride down to NY... Let's hope I can!

Anyway, I also just bought the book a week ago and started reading it right away. For those of you who have read it, I just got past to where Ama Clutch...er...passes on. I'm REALLY enjoying it. It really is nothing like what I expected it to be...but in an awesome way!

So, anyone feel free to talk to me at any time...I'd enjoy talking about both the book and the musical, so bring it on!
