Well, I usually just read on from the sidelines. I like the iCONTEST - everyone is really funny! Especially that one about Boq looking up Glinda's dress - haha, I was cracking up!

I guess I should have done this when I first arrived...but what the 'h-e-double hockey sticks'. I'm Alluramallura or if you wish I go by Watson as a Penname. I'm a writer and I've loved musicals ever since I was a child dancing around to 'Cats'. You'll most likely see that I'm not very good at drawing, painting, or anything really other than writing (and even then it's not so good some time). But I try my best and get by with what I have.

I always like the least likely underdog and Elfie is pretty great underdog don't you think?

My name is Laura and I live in Georgia. Music is my life, Broadway is my passion! I haven't heard a musical as amazing as Wicked in a long time, and I'm totally obsessed with it! I'm sure a lot of people here are avid Kristin Chenoweth fans, so I won't compete with you for the "Number 1 Fan" title! But I do have to say that Kristin is an inspiration to me as a woman and as a performer! I love her SO much! Sadly, I have not seen Wicked and it's very unlikely I will get to NY while it's still running, but I love the music and I'm currently reading the book!! Incidentally, I'm taking part in a production of Godspell, another fabulous Stephen Schwartz musical, right now!! I'm really happy to be here and I will most likely be applying for an Ama to help me get started. See ya around the boards!

I'm Cassie, or Realmer06 if you prefer. I'm 16 years old.

About June of last year, I think, I was introduced to Wicked by a friend of mine, Drew, who I was not at all surprised to see as a member of this forum when I stumbled across it.

From him, I got a rather garbled synopsis and a vague interest in the show.

This Thanksgiving, however, my cousin sat my down and made me listen to the soundtrack and by the time "What is This Feeling" came on, I was officially hooked!

Since then, I have read the book, checked out the soundtrack from my library and listened to it obsessively for two weeks, memorizing all the songs before I had to return it, had my cousin promise to burn me my own copy, gotten the piano music for Christmas.

I've read fanfics, found the script online and read it, and, over all, become officially obsessed with the show!

Did I mention that Gregory Maguire is a genius? Because he is.

So, here I am, a new member, ready, eager, and willing to talk about all things Wicked (and some things not)!
