I actually sang My Funny Valentine in voice...hehehe. Anywayz, I like all of her Music Man, Charlie Brown, and Wicked songs obviously, and then, from her CD, I like: Let Yourself Go If You Hadn't, But You Did The Girl from 14G and Hangin' Around With You--it's so cute what she and Jason are saying in the dialogue portions.

The Cheno has such a range with her voice (four-octave vocal range people!) and all the songs she sings are wickedly wonderful. But I am really in love with "If You Hadn't, But You Did". Cheno is so cute at the end of this song, and she really gets into those "IFs". But I really think that "Wicked" shows a lot of her range, and is incredible in all her songs. Go Cheno!

Oh, definitely. I love all her stuff on her CD and on Charlie Brown, but my favorite (obviously) and in my opinion the best showcase of her talent is on the Wicked CD...She gets a chance to show off her opera talent, but also to do sort-of Broadway style singing with Popular. She is just so awesomely talented... *brooding jealously about my own lack of talent*

The things this girl can do with her voice is sometimes mind-boggling. Like the whole "Popu-U-lar!" bit. Not an incredibly lot of people can pull off what the Cheno is able to accomplish. And she is super nice! I sent a letter to her, and she sent one back with a whole response to my letter and three signed things (two playbills I sent her and one picture she signed for me). The Cheno is the best! Oh, and I love the bit she does during "Let Yourself Go" at the end when she does the whole "Oh! Let yourself go, relax" and she does it in this little accent! Gets me everytime!

I just downloaded "My Funny Valentine" and Kristin makes the song so beautiful. I think that is my second fav cheno song. When I was listening to it the other day there's a part where she sings "la, la, la" or sorta like that, and it sounded like a slow version of her la's in Popular.

I voted awhile ago...I can't remember which one I chose now! Llam but I'm pretty sure it was My New Philosophy. Such a cute cute song. "Oh yeah? That's what you think! ..Why are you telling me?..No!..I can't stand it!" I like Andrew Lippa. ;D My Funny Valentine is sooo pretty too though.

I've heard her on the Charlie Brown CD and on her own CD, and I love her in both. She honestly does such wonderful things for each song she does and what the mood calls for. I've narrowed down my faves to three (it was tough, i tell you) and i came up with: Let Yourself Go If You Hadn't, But You Did Hanging Around With You (Jason and her are so cute together--anyone know if the dialogue in that was written in or if they came up with it themselves?)

My favorite Chino song is "Glitter and be Gay" from Candide. She changes her entire tamber (color/ quality of her tone) when the mood changes, and just nails all those high notes! She does that peace justice like only the Chino can!

Cheno does "Glitter and be Gay" so awesomely. I only heard her do it once, but those high notes...PHWOOAR!XD
I'm still waiting to see if I can find a clip of her singing "My New Philosophy".

I like "Lion Tamer" from the Stephen S. album... I wouldn't say that it is my favorite thing she sings... but there is something SO sweet about the way she sings it. Whenever it pops up on my playlist it always makes me a little bit sad.
Picking one song was impossible, I've already forgotten which I voted for.
