some questions about letters

Hey everyone! I'm new here, well posting that is. Anyway, I know there's another thread for this but I have some specific questions about writing letters to the cast that I was not able to find anywhere else.
First, I have to include an envelope with my address and stamp in my letter? (maybe I can't comprehend this cuz I'm a blonde- no offense to other ones out there- I'm just crazy that way!)
Also, what size envelope whould I send? And obviously, I would have to have a bigger one to put the envelope and letter in, right? Does this make sense?
And finally, and thanks to those who have kept reading this far:) What is the address?

I sent in a letter with my playbill into the Gershwin alittle while ago(haven't gotten it back yet so kepp your fingers crossed that it didn't get lost!!!) I included a letter asking Jennifer Thompson to sign and complimented her on her performance and what not. And I included another envelope stamped with my return address on it. And I'm a blonde too! Ypu have no idea how physco I am. it must be a blonde thing!!
