I'd say just write it and hope for the best.
Hopefully she'll get it and read it but if not what can you do? At least you tried!

You could state in your letter that unless she answers it personally, you don't want a response. (Just try to be more polite than that!) If no one answers, then you'll know that her agents or her assitants answer all her letters.
