Sorry, but I have a random question. Has anyone ever met Idina? And if so, was she nice? Because I've heard a couple of people say she wasn't too sweet, and I just want to know if she was just have a bad day when those ppl met her

Idina is really shy so when she comes out she doesn't usually talk much. Some people mistake how quiet she is for rudeness, so that's why some people say she isn't nice.

Oh THATS why! ok, thanks so much, I was starting to get worried she was like really mean. But if she's shy, then I can totally relate, because when I meet ppl @ the stage door, I clam up totally! Well, I'm actually a really shy person anyways, except with my friends  |

I just finished doing a show at school and the star of the show was such a good actor and so energetic on stage, you would never have known that he's so shy. He's too nervous to talk to people he doesn't know and only talks to his real close-knit friends. (Like me!) So I can totally understand how someone can be so passionate and energetic on stage and be quiet and shy in real life.

On stage I like to be more hyper (or this is when I'm acting) and sing my heart out, but other than that I'm pretty much only talking to my close friends, or else I'm with a close friend (who is always much more social than I am) and talking to someone else |

I met her two nights in a row: the first night I was kind of dissapointed because she seemed very cold. Just took whatever she was signing and that was that. So I can deffinitely see where people got that impression. I don't remember her even saying anything.
However, the next night she seemed much happier and chatted a bit with fans. More of the Idina I'd hoped for I guess. lol. Also, I found out about the threatening letter she and Taye received. (This was Dec. 29-30).So, I can understand her being less social with fans.
But, regardless, she was nothing but gracious to everyone.

I agree. Its their choice, and as such we have to respect it. Sending a threating letter is just a terrible thing to do!!!

In regards to who actually sent the letter. It was one of multiple letters of the same nature sent to interacially married celebrities. You can find an article about what exactly happened at www.playbill.com, I believe. It's sad to know that there are people sick enough to do something like that. |

I have heard that she is extrmly shy. Which I can relate to. I'm only outgoing or extremly energetic(my friends call it spazzy) when I'm with people I know very well or when I'm on stage. Its easier to act a bit more energetic when your pretending to be someone else.
