I don't really listen to anything besides soundtracks because the music today just makes me gag. But I listen to Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth of course. ::thinks back to when she was an NSYNC teenybopper and shudders::

I like country music, and I listen to LeAnn Rimes the most. Even though she's not really much country anymore...
I love listening to soundtracks because people on those can sing, for the most part, and it is so much easier to sing along to. I also like Josh Grobin and Charlotte Church. Nice, wholesome music compared to what is popular in the pop scene today.
