I was just thinking up a great reality show today...
The Prisoner.
Stick some innocent (and willing) person in jail for a few short months or so, treat them like a prisoner, and have contestst and stuff, like a field day, board game contests, bar-banging music contest, etc. That would be so funny. Another contest: Dodging Innmates! *llam*
I think reality tv is killing viewers' brain cells and imaginations, includng mine. I stopped watching all reality shows (except for stuff on TLC) after Survivor season 3.

I never watched them - the only one I ever did was American Idol and I stopped after the first one. I still watch the auditions, just because they amuse me. I also watched some of My Big Fat Obnoxious fiancee - the first ep was funny just because you felt bad for them. "Our house kicks your house's a**!" He yelled that out of the show-sponsored house to the house next door.  |

I agree that Reality shows are warping people's minds.
I've never watched any Survivors, any Dating shows any of them.
But I am a TLC freak!
I watch Trading Spaces, In a Fix, Clean Sweep, What Not To Wear, all ones like those
I think I watch them because you can learn stuff from those shows.
Well not so much from What Not to Wear really, I like that show because I like seeing the people shine at the end when they've had a little help polishing themselves.

yea..like at the end of makeover shows when they are all pretty and so happy and i feel so happy for them and it makes me teary eyed...lol its so dorky but thats yea..oh and I cried at the finale of Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance..llam..

Makeover shows are like gold compared to dating shows. I hate all those Bachelor things. But I really love the way The Apprentice is set up. These people are actually successful, professional people who are competing for something worthwhile, not some dopey romance that will last for a month or cash that anyone could try to win. They're actually using their brains. Not that I'd choose Apprentice over a classic movie or Alias or Buffy or anything, but I think (imo) it's the best in the bunch.

reality shows are bringing tv downhill...

most of these shows are hardly "reality" anyway

What's it called...like "Ambush Makeover" or "Extreme Makeover" God, I love those!! They are slightly addicting. Its the one where they go up to people on the streets and are like "Hey! You need a makeover!" Llam I think I'd slap someone! Although it just occured to me that it's probably all planned lol.

Does anyone else here like Alias? Its not a reality show but its the best show ever and I didnt want to start a new topic on it if like no one liked it lol..Its so awsome
