Well, I don't have my whole costume yet...but all you really need to do is go out to a Halloween costume store and look for a black frock/witch's costume that could work, as well as a black hat and then green face paint. Then you will be all set! So just shop around, check any places that sell Halloween costumes and mix and match things. Like if there is a black frock that they say works for a grim reaper, but would definitely work for Elphie, just use it for Elphie anyway. You know? I hope that helps!

Halloween. Oh what a wonderful holiday. Combines my love of dress up and candy. Well, I wanted to go as Elphie, but a bunch of my friends who are seniors are going as Wizard of Oz characters, so I decided I better not infringe upon their territory. Though I did find this really good green body paint that stays on. Can't remember it's name though or where I saw it. Target has AWESOME stuff around halloween, I was able to get a pair green and black striped tights last year, and they're so incredibly fun.
So then me and my friends came up with the idea that we would be a complete collection of Spice Girls Live on Tour dolls being sold on eBay. But that plan is semi-falling through, so I came up with another idea that's cheap and easy to do, because I have a nine hour rehearsal for the play I'm in right now on Halloween, so I can't really do anything on that day anyways. Me and five friends are thinking of being Maroon 5. Except that we're not going to dress as guys. We're just going to wear Maroon t-shirts with duct-taped numbers on them. Get it? Yes. Very amusing. But I still have this desire to dress up as Scary Spice. So should I spice it up or maroon it?

Ohhhh, I did the Spice Girl thing one year. I was Sporty Spice though. I love the Ebay idea, but if your going for cheap and quick I think the Maroon 5 idea would be better (not to mention pretty creative). Haha, as for me this Halloween? Possibly going for the ever-popular Elphie costume. But I decided that I am going as Ozdust Ballroom Elphie and wearing just a plain black sleeve-less dress, black stockings, boots, lotsa green make-up and of course, a witch's hat. Hoping I won't have to explain too much, especially since I'm not planning on going Trick or Treating this year. Instead I'm having a Halloween/Wicked Anniversary party on October 30th. Now all I have to do is find good green make-up that I'm not going to leave trails of everywhere....

I'm being a school girl...
Funny how I spend 13 years in a uniform and then go to use it as a costume.
Thanks Old Navy for a $3 short plaid skirt. Hehe

Ok, for fans of Dorthy and Nesa, here's a costume i thought up for a friend, feel free to use it but don't sell it to any major costumeing corperations.
Ok, so start off with a box. SImple enough, no? Ok, dress it to look like a house from some hick town in Kansas, and cut out a window. A large window. Dress your upper torso to mimic dorthy, and have your exposed legs in stripped stockings and ruby slippers. You then have dortthy, looking out her window to see that her house has landed on the witch. Complicated? Figure it out.

I've decided to go as Klaus Baudelaire from the A Series of Unfortunate Events books.
I bet no one has any idea who that is haha.

Elphiegirl122 - Try Salvation Army or any thrift store - they usually have old gowns like that. I always find great Halloween stuff there.
As for me for Halloween? One of my three best friends is a member of my school's studen body government, so she's making us go to the Halloween dance this year. So far we've thought up going as WoO characters; since she's the only brunette out of us blondes, she'll be Dorothy - complete with my pair of ruby slippers - I'll be the Scarecrow, the Glinda to my Elphaba is going to be The Lion, and my other friend will be the Tin Woodsman.
But we're going modern-day, so we'll be different WoO characters - more white Wiz than WoO
