When Elphie first goes to Shiz with Nessa, and she says something ike "I'm the other one, her sister." Or something. "I'm beautifully tragic." -gyps "I'm the other daughter. Elphaba. I'm beautifully tragic." And Cate - I know where you got that! ::beams with pride::

Okay, well, not exactly lines perse... but I love the bit in the classroom between Elphaba and Dr. Dillamond:
[paraphrased] Elphaba: You want to share my lunch? (unwraps sandwich) Dr. Dillamond: Thank you! (takes the paper the sandwich was wrapped in and munches happily)
and
Fiyero: "Well, I'll say this much for her- she doesn't give a twig what anyone else thinks." Glinda: "Of course she does. She just pretends not to."

I forget what the line is specifically, but early on in the show, Elphie makes a short joke, and last night Kristen slapped her knee like "Haha you're HIlarious....NOT!"
Dunno....it made me chuckle.
Also, this isn't really a line, since he doesn't talk, but Chistery is comedy gold. He's always making fun of Glinda.

It's the first "every little trait however small" in WiTF. Idina makes this gesture to say that Kristin/Galinda is SHORT!!! hehe And she does her little knee-slap thing. One of my fave moments

"Loathing...there's a strange exhilaration."
Elphie spazzes like Glinda, who acts SO pissed. But it's so cute just watching Elphie spazz like a fool. -gyps

Glinda--"Are you still flying around on that filthy old thing?" Elphaba--"Well we can't all come and go by bubble!" Yes! Those always make me start cracking up!

I haven't seen the show yet, so I don't know all of the great witty dialogue lines, but I absolutely love the lines from Defying Gravity:
"I'm through accepting limits 'cause someone says they're so. Some things I cannot change, but 'til I try I'll never know."
