Oh my Christ, now July 18th is going to be even WORSE for me. Not only am I missing Kristin's last performances, but also Norbert's. Even after he told me my time will come and I'll get to see him as Yero!!! He told me personally when I told him I saw Taye and Kristoffer! *sad*
I hav to be the only freaking person on the board who hasn't seen Norbert as Yero.

Ooh no there are other people...I know them and they're very very not happy with this news at all. She doesn't get to see the show until August and she's sooo sad about missing Kristin and Norbert and is hoping that nobody else leaves, but I bet you we'll loose an ensemble member or two in that time. But at least the 18 is going to be a show nobody is going to forget...we've all read the last perfermonce notes...think of how good the energy etc. will be with two leaving....but now I'm stopping for gypsy's sake.

It will be weird to not have much of the original cast left. It's interesting that Norbert decided to leave that soon. I'm glad I get to see him before he leaves, but I feel bad for all you people who don't.  |

I cant get over noberts decision to leave!  I love his voice so much!! and i dont think anyone can be a better Fiyero than he was! Im gonna miss him so much! and i hope idina doesnt decide to leave earlier..can she do that anyways?? |

It's so sad when two great performers leave a show on the same day! No fair!  And Norbert is being replaced by Joey McIntyre?! I did hear that he did really well in Tick Tick Boom...but still...I can't even try to be unbiased; I can't imagine watching Joey onstage without picturing the New Kids on the Block and cracking up... |

This is just wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong. At least I'll be there for Cheno and Norb's last. Ah, that sounds so....well...wrong. And Joey McIntyre? Why not Taye? Or Kristoffer? Or Adam Pascal? Or Richard Blake (who would be perfect for this role)? Aw, now I'm all sad. |

I was wondering..Why don't they take someone from the cast already to play FIyero instead of introducing a new cast member??
Like, Does he have an understudy that can perform instead of a person being added to the cast?

Now i'm even more upset that i won't be able to c the show july 18 ::cries:: stupid israel trip. Now i have to see it in june. Gyps we have to c itr we just hafta. I'm gonna miss them soooooo much and i don't think any can really replace them. idina is gonna cry so hard in for good i really wish i could see it. ::cries some more::

I think the concern is putting a still unknown actor in a big role. Big names sell, afterall. They'll want to replace Norbert with someone whose name can sell a lot of tickets, meethinks. I'M wondering who they're going to get to replace Kristin, but that's another topic...  |
