Has anyone seen it yet? I'm seeing it tonight, definitely excited for it! Carole, Kristin, and Michael Caine! (Michael Caine played Lawrence Jameson in the DRS movie.)

I just saw it! Was it just my theater, or did all theaters show THE RENT PREVIEW???!!! ;D I'm sooo happy for it! The movie also played the 'Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead' song. All it needed was more Cheno! I had a BWG everytime she came on! I'm saving my ticket stub for a 'Wicked OBC Movie Ticket Stubs' collection. I'm goning to have Rent, The Pink Panther, and any other movies Dee, Cheno, NLB, or any of the OBC are in. I'm still hyper-happy! ;D ;D ;D

Ahhh well first off, the movie was great! And I went with my theatre friends and we definitely all got excited for the RENT trailer and the girls were squealing through the whole thing and we were all singing along and it was just so amazing. I loved it online, but it's just incredible on the big screen. As for the movie, I don't want to give too much away - but let's just say Kristin and Carole rock, even with their smaller parts, they play "Ding Dong the Witch is Dead," Kristin sings a little bit, and everyone's acting is very good. I admit that after reading a couple reviews, I was little skeptical about this, but it was definitely worth the money.

I saw the rent trailer too, and I was so excited! It was so amazing to see done on the Big screen, like StageFiyero said. On the movie itself: It was OK. The first half or 2/3s or so was pretty good. But the last bit: that wasn't too great. Will Ferrell's acting started sliding, and so did Nicole Kidman's. The material also got worse. I have to defiantly say: I loved Shirly McLaine (she did a great job), and of course, Cheno and Carole did spectacular! Both wers hideously underused (especially Carole), but they did great with what they had. It was worth the money, but I would have paid that to just see the Rent trailer on the big screen.

I thought it was a cute little movie. I think Carole and Cheno should have been in it more.

And you could so tell my Mum and I were the only theatre people when we went to go see it. -_- I said "YES!" when the RENT trailer started, and my Mum was so happy because she loves Jesse Martin.

Although she didn't know who Carole was at first. She knew the voice, and she knew the face, but she couldn't think of who it was at first. Hehe.
