*cannot wait for the sheet music to come out...will buy the entire score* I already have the music to "Popular" and "Defying Gravity"....I'll probably have access to the whole score in a few weeks...my alma mater's library was rumored to be getting the whole score/book by end of the semester (this week)

AHHHH! The choices are sooooo hard... "No Good Deed" has always been my favorite, but I love to sing to "What is this Feeling?" But as harmonies go I love "Defying Gravity". If you had asked me this question three days ago the answer would have been "as long as you love me"... which was strangely appropriate to my love life, but my ex kinda ruined the song for me ah well, still love it!

Fel, read that site and check that last song title. I thought I taught you better. For shame. It's "As Long As You're Mine" and I know you know that!

Ouch. That's almost as bad as when someone posted on mdn that "As Long as You're Mine" would totally sound better if it were done by Nick and Jessica. Make me barf. Like those wannabes can come close to Idina and Norbert?

Oh ick. Just ick. I mean, Idina can do her little popstar thing at the beginning of that song (which always makes me laugh, by the way) but that doesn't mean it should actually be performed by pop stars! Kepe them away from my show! It's like putting Joey Fatone in RENT....

But he did *good* in Rent...It just wasn't the best part for him; I haven't even SEEN it and I know this already.
I had to go with 'Defying Gravity' only because that song just gives me this rush...that I can't explain but I can safely say that no other song ever leaves me on such a rush that I have to sit for most of the intermission to just chill and calm down. -gyps

I said ex bsb fan...I'm not hooting and hollerin for any of them to come do Broadway, although Kevin was in Chicago. *gag*
And Aly...surprisingly Joey was good in RENT. I flipped a gasket when I heard that too, but then school had cheap tickets and Manley was still in it so I went. He was ok.
Sidenote....Jai rodriguez from Queer Eye was in it too...

I just have to go with Defying Gravity, because it gives me such a rush...that I can't possibly begin to explain. Uh, well, let me put it this way: There is no other song in existance that leaves me with such a rush that I have to spend most of intermission just sitting there, calming down. It gets so intense, and I get so "OMGIDINAELPHIEFLYINGAAA!!!"
For both times I've seen it, I'm on the very edge of my seat, with this ridiculously huge grin slapped on my face - one that won't leave - when Elphaba starts chanting her first spell thing for the Wizard. It's like - here it comes, here it comes aaaaa! -gyps

I know he was good, and of the *NSYNC boys, he's the one I'd most like to have in a show, but still. It was the principle of the thing, and the crazy fan uproar it caused. Be nice to the fandom, people. We're your support...
