I was just thinking that it would be cool to get everyone's opinions on who they think is the best actress outside of Wicked stars.
Personally, I love Sutton Foster and Audra McDonald. Sutton just has so much energy, and can you say triple threat?? Audra just has the most beautiful voice and I've heard that she is really nice.
And if we're talking about older actresses, Barbara Cook is definately on the list. I mean, she is someone that people compare today's best actresses/sopranos (such as the Cheno) to.

Kelli O'Hara, Victoria Clark, Celia Keenan-Bolger and the rest of the Light in the Piazza and Spelling Bee casts are AMAZING, as is Sherie Rene Scott. I love that woman, and she was SO sweet at the stagedoor. Also, Harvey Fierstein  |

Kelli O'Hara and Victoria Clark are OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!! I also absolutley love Sherie Rene Scott (I know some may not agree with this comment, but my dad said she reminded him of a "young July Garland" which is amazing, since my dad is not one to through comments like this around lightly), and definitly Sutton Foster, if only for her absolute kindness (not to mention the powerhouse voice;)). Umm....I also love Christina Applegate, maybe not for her singing, but acting! And Janine LaManna, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Joanna Gleason and Sara Gettlefinger I all love. OMG and I so almost forgot, the absolute sweetheart and powerhouse, Kelly Karbacz!!!! I LOVE HER! She is so sweet, writing me a personal note when I sent her a letter, and signing my playbill and apologizing for not being quick with it (though I didn't mind, once I got it any thought of how long it took was out of my mind). She is sadly leaving Sept 11, b4 I can see her again, but she is just amazing! I absolutley love her!

Hahaha, well, if you read 90% of my posts and read my signature and look at my signature you can easily tell my favorite Non-Wicked actress is Catherine Zeta-Jones. ;D

hmmmm..... i love all the for mentioned... especially sutton foster, audra mcdonald.... but i also love sarah ramerez....... and jennifer garner. I soooo wan to be their friends....lol..... but that will never happen, so i just admire them from far |
