Question: Approving membership

Hi, I would LOVE to join this board but when I try it says that a staff member is waiting to approve my membership. I joined another board and received the same response and later found out that the site had moved and the board I had atttempted to join was dead. When I went to the new site, I was able to join right away. I understand that there is possibly a review process that needs to go on, but I would appreciate being notified if that is the case or if this board has simply died. And by the way, I am hoping that iti si the former, b/c I am really enjoying reading the great stories and would love to add some of my own. Please respond soon. Many thanks,

The moderators of this board have kind of disappeared. They are the ones who approve memberships and they haven't posted here in awhile. It's a shame that they don't because with new people the board could really pick up. Several members of this board who post a lot could probably send a whole bunch of emails to the moderators to get them to come back.
