I've always had trouble with this site. It doesn't work for me... saying that there's an application of Quicktime that I need, but that it can't download it. I have the most current version.. updated and everything. I don't understand why it's not working.

Really ? .. that is odd. Not as odd as the fact that to join you have to sign up on Bosley which is a hair restoration company for men and women. Eh, It's worth it for the MIDIS

Is there a way to turn MIDIS into ringtones? If so, how?

I honestly don't know how you guys can like those midi things!! I mean, what good are they? If I want to hear the music from the show, I put on the CD, not some ridiculous wordless chime-y midi thingy!

That's kind of how I feel too...I mean it's nice to hear the music, but other then that I'd just rather listen to the CD...but thanks for posting because I'm sure it will bring enjoyment to many people on this board!

I like the midis for background music on websites. My sister found a program (Midi Maestro from midimaestro.com) that you can make your own midis. I took my Wicked sheet music and used that to make one of "As Long as you're Mine". And I put it on my Broadway page if anyone wants to hear it www.geocities.com/elphieatshiz/broadwaypage.htmlreally makes me wish I could play the piano...

I'm making midis mostly so I can hear what the piano part in the sheet music sounds like because unfortunately I don't know how to play the piano.

Some programs let you type the notes in manually, with your computer keyboard. It takes much longer than playing it into a midi with a piano keyboard, but sometimes that's the only way to do it. (Like for me with no keyboard ) I made 'What is This Feeling' into a midi from the sheet music - maybe I'll submit it to hamienet? I wish I could offer advice about ringtones, but I have no idea. If you log onto the website for your particular phone, it might give you info.

Hehe. I made What is this Feeling too. But it's mostly for my own enjoyment, so go ahead and submit yours! I've been working on Wonderful and Dancing Through Life. Man, does it take forever to manually put in the notes (like 5+ hours!). But the end result is worth it. Now I really wish I could play the piano so I can play certain parts over and over again (like the end of most of these songs . Edit: I just finished Dancing Through Life and you can hear it on my website: www.geocities.com/elphieatshiz/index.htmlEnjoy!

I had many a frustrated moment while working on 'What is This Feeling?'. I wish I could play them on the piano too - I can play, I just don't have a piano.
