One Short Day Blooper: OMG Idina and JLT!!! Crazyyyyy witches lol..I finallyl got to see a blooper!!!
Okay so the numbers going excellent and I love this number and im like dancing in my seat and laughing at the “Whos the Mage” bobble head things hah…and they get to the part “We’re just 2 friends” and me and cait [from the board] notice Idina and JLT didn’t say “Just 2 friends!” So I look up bc I was looking at my camera lol…and I see Idina and JLT laughing so hard…so then JLT goes “2 hhehe hahah ::bursts out laughing:: haha friends” and im like squeezing caits hand and laughing bc theyre laughing so hard..and Idina NEVER says “2 best friends” at ALL whatsoever..they both tried to get it out but then broke out into crazy laughter…like it didn’t even come out of either of them just laughter…and me and cait are looking at each other…I thought 1 of them definitely peed in their pants..no joke…Ive never seen anybody get so out of character and laugh so hard on stage! Wow then when the song was over, you see Idina put her arm around JLT and start whispering all these things in her ear while theyre still CRACKING UP. Hysterically laughing no joke..so they go to the corner before the wizards voice comes and theyre still laughing and me and cait are laughing and im flipping out about this bc its so cute and they look seriously like theyre best friends...plus im wonder "what are they they laughing at?!? Like nothing happened? Lol…and so theyre STILL laughing like 5 minutes later when they hear the wizard, and all of the sudden Idinas face makes this HUGE transformation..seriously..she goes from smiling and laughing SO uncontrollably to TERRIFED and scared…hahahahaha it was so funny…1 second she was completely out of character, and 3 seconds later she was terrified and grabbed JLT…awww…this was def one of the best moments of me seeing Wicked…I really loved it and I had never seen Idina laugh so uncontrollably…I wish it was caught on video because it was so funny! and im still wondering, what WERE they laughing at anyway? haha
also Idina said "fixated in your verdigris" instead of "fixated on your verdigris" in the wizard and i..heh

Idina poked Joey in the thigh with her broom right after ALAYM on the 8th. She was going to kiss him and I guess didn't watch where the broom was. No big reaction, but it was cute.
And he kind of swung out like a foot on the rope and almost fell.
No really good bloopers though...::is sad::

I think someone's already mentioned this one, but Norbert did say something intended for Eden to Cheno instead (something about a "green girl"), so he started laughing... then Cheno took Eden's hat and started trying to put it on and stuff... Norbert and Eden were CRACKING UP... so they were already giggly... I was there that day, too. And it was Norbert came off of the rope, tripped, and lost his train of thought, and said "Let the girl go green" instead of "Let the green girl go", and Kristen started laughing, then everyone else. I missed his pants splitting though. *bad Twisted* And I was in the center section of the orchestra section. |

It hit Malory?! Would that be Very-Good-Icons-Malory? Curious, but anyway that is hilarious. How exciting to have a prop named after you.  Are you talking about me? Ha, I haven't even been to Wicked, but that's pretty cool that a prop has the same name as me!! |

I am actually not sure if this really happened, but me and my friend are pretty sure. We went to the show on 1-28-05 and during no good deed the first time she says fiyero we thought her mic went off! We heard a thud then a really soft fiyero the the loud Fiyero. Not really funny just interesting.

I went back in June, and saw Laura as a standby, and when she came down the stairs saying "Let the girl go, and her little dog, Dodo!" she slipped a little bit. She caught herself, but it was still really funny, though no one other than my friend and I were really laughing. Not as funny as some of the others out there, but it was if you saw it |

I went to the Jan. 9 show and Shoshana was playing Elphaba and during "Popular" JLT couldn't get the flower to stay in Shoshana's hair. JLT climbed on the bed and strandled Shoshana trying to get the flower to stay. It was really funny. She still couldn't get it in her hair so she just attached it to her dress. When JLT hands Shoshana the mirror she took the flower off her dress and held it in her hair. Then when Shoshana comes back out "gaalindified" she was tossing her hair and the darn flower still wouldn't stay. It was funny.

lol... i was just gonna mention the thing in popular on 1/9.
my mom and I went to that show after having seen it like an uncountable # of times, but that time we went backstage to take a tour and visit with our friend bill youmans (aka dr dillamond). OK so he took us around to kill time because we were waiting for Idina to stop talking to her family so he could inorduce he to us and when bill finally finished "killing time" we went back to the stage to se Idina and she was still talking. as we got closer i heard her telling taye and her mom and sister about some really bad blooper thing from the matinee on the 8th but i wasn't listening long enough to really hear what she was saying!! now im really mad and am gonna write to her to ask he what it was then ill post it, lol!
o yea... when we were "killing time", Bill took us to the mechanical/control room and we talked to the computer guy who was telling us that the computer backstage had been freezing in the middle of a lot of shows that week, and the glitches were causing a ton of set problems (btw... if anyone saw any shows that week when there were problems, what were they?). He also said that the claw that lifts elphie in defying gravity had been coming up at random moments during the show and almost punctured some of the backgrounds and at other times when the stage back is black, it was coming out and cast members had ran into it when they cross the stage... that would have been funny to see.
Ah... I'm trying to remember other funny times but I'm drawing a blank at this moment... I'll post back if i hear from idina and ill call bill to ask if he remembers any others. byebye!!

Lol! That sounds like a Phantom of the Opera blooper I read about. The boat would come out at random times during the show. I guess the claw thing would be worse though b/c it's bigger. Um, I don't know if this is a blooper or not, but when I went to go see it with Shoshana and JLT, during the Wizard and I, Shoshana sang "when we work hand in hand" instead of "when we are hand in hand".

^That's how the lyrics are placed in my vocal selection book (I sing 'we are hand in hand' though,a bit easier)...so I don't think it's a blooper
