Lucky! Grrr.....I am SO angry right now. We were in Spanish and this guy saw my assignment book which I had totally decked out in swankifiedness on November 23 ( ;D ) and he goes, "Rent...where have I seen that before?" And I replied, "Did you see Bewitched?" "Yeah." "There was a trailer for it. It has 'Seasons of Love' playing in the background." "What? Never heard of it." "You know, the song that goes, '525,600 minutes, 525,000 moments so dear...(and so on )" "Oh yeah. That looked stupid." "WHAT??! " I totally freaked out then. I went on a tangent then...don't remember most of it. "Idina Menzel, my hero, is in it!" "Is that a guy?" GRRRRRRRR.......... Geez, how stupid can you be?

Someone asked to see my binder (aka the RENT worship center) and they go "Who is that?" So I go,"The cast of RENT." "What is that?" "A musical." I love Eastern KY.

So today I had auditions for a show, and my throat always ends up getting really dry right before I go to sing. So, this year I was prepared. I brought a giant green water bottle with a black cap. So...I walk in with it, and one of my friends sees it and screams, "OMG....It's the Elphaba water bottle!!!!!!!!!!!"

Kind of a self-imposed Wicked moment, but *Popularity and Pink* and I sang "What is This Feeling?" (complete with harmonies) today for our chorus "American Idol." Starting out, we asked our chorus "Okay, who knows the musical 'Wicked?'" So many raised their hands that we had to ask "Who doesn't know the musical 'Wicked?'"
I love our school.

Ugh...every one at my school if the like the show they usually like it for all the wrong reasons. And the think I am crazy for being a self proclaimed "theatre dork". Okay my wicked moment of the day- I was watching a t.v. show last week, I couldn't tell you what it was...and at one point they were in this girls house, and she was wearing a defy gravity shirt.

In my English class, we are studying poetry and my teacher mentioned making allusions to other works and her example was that when she saw Wicked there were allusions to Wizard of Oz. I go to an all-boys' school, so I'm not a theatre nerd at school, but inside it was just like...."Woohoo!!! Someone in my school likes Wicked!!! (Even if it is a teacher.)"

OMUG That's so cool! Tonight at dinner someone at another table was talking about chimpanzees dressed up like James Bond characters (don't ask 0____o I don't get it either) and someone said there was one that looked just like Money Penny and that made me think of Happy New Year, which made me think of Rent, which made me think of Broadway, which made me think of Wicked. Yep.

Soo...Ana Gasteyer (sp?) is Lindsay Lohan's mom in Mean Girls, which was cool enough, but then there was a line about no good deed going unpunished...
