Thanks. 3hrs is actually short for me. Usually when I do a doll it's closer to 5 or 6. 12 layers is about average. One for the base, one for her skirt, one for her bodice, one for the sparkles... etc. That way if I mess up I can just delete the layer. Her hair is my favorite part though.
