hmmm...that is a very thought provoking question, i like it! I believe Madame Morrible says, "And that is my talent, encouraging talent," or something, I don't think it is exact but it is close.. Also during the Defying Gravity scene she says the following:
"Citizens of Oz, there is an enemy who must be found and captured. She's evil, responsible for the mutilation of these poor innocent monkeys. Her green skin is but an outward manifestorium of her twisted nature. This, this distortion....this, this repulsion, <horrificly evil voice> THIS WICKED WITCH!!!!!!!!"
As for Nessa, one of the funniest lines occurs during Dancing Through Life with Boq, when they are served punch or some sort of drink and Nessa asks what is in the punch, and Boq replies, "Lemons, limes and pears" and then Nessa responds, "Oh my!" It is hysterical!
**(i don't know if those are the exact fruits but i know it was something like that, feel free to correct me here!)
Another funny Nessa line is in Act 2, when she says, "I can't harbor a fugitive, I am an unelected official"

Most of the show's lines have ended up in our Favourite Lines thread in this section somewhere. It's been going since the board started so I'm confident we've named probably pretty much every line in the show at one time, including Morrible and Nessa's lines  |

Originally I thought it was Nessa and Boq in Wicked Witch of the East, then I thought (thanks to a coughbootcough) it was Galinda and Fiyero at the Ozdust... but in the actual, current show it's Nessa and Boq at the Ozdust.
