"Look...a seagull!"
My friend has the book and won't let me borrow it, since she loves it so much. I keep begging her, but she always says no, so I guess for now (and for an entire year) I'm just going to be on the outside looking in. I'm patient. As long as I have Wicked, I can be patient for almost anything. -gyps

*heavily debates rereading Lamb* No! Too much work....*grumbles, still on the floor, but has somehow managed to pull her laptop into her lap* ;D I guess I'll save my free-reading time for Wicked... like it should be.

But this is a Wicked forum...so maybe I should try to tie the two together... Well, there is a lonely OT forum down at the bottom where you can discuss LAMB to your hearts' content

Ah hah hah Lamb is too hilarious for words, I love it I just reread Wicked again after getting my library copy (which I just keep renewing) back from my best friend, who isn't really a musicals fan. She knows I'm gonna force her to listen to the CD though. And she finished the book in like about days so I guess she liked it (it took me nearly a week!)

I was JUST gonna post that lol. Hmmm....whaddya think Cate? I think...I need a nap...lol. I would feel bad disturbing the quietness of the OT section...it looks so peaceful. Random Fact: I keep my copy of "Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West" under my pillow at night. I'm on the top bunk...so I have no table to put it on.

PS...Having the top bunk is just *wonderful*...except when the phone rings, or you need to turn out the light on the desk, or you need to shut off the alarm.
I wish my dorm looked like Elphie and Galinda's. And I'm so glad we don't have "nannies"

But you know how Galinda had all those shoes? My roommate has her closet door covered in purses...and her shelf is fully of beauty supplies... I have books.

Sa Gloria (my roommate) loves sandles...that's about all she wears. But she has these sparkley red ones we call her Dorothy one (I'm starting calling them NessaFlops). I like the top bunk...'cept during the 3AM firedrills...those suck. If your school is having fire drills at 3AM you seriously need to look into transfering. I love top bunk too, and yeah, the Wicked book is now up there with me, I have a little shelf thing I bought last year that attaches to the bunk, so the book lives there. Except it really isn't my book, its my girlfriend's. Heh... and she thinks she's getting it back. *Elphaba Laugh*

Fire alarms used to go off early in the morning...however one hasn't happened in a while *crosses her fingers and prays she didn't just jinx herself* Yeah, I don't have a shelf. The book usually sits behind my pillow, but right now it's on top of my printer so I could do some research with it and a few of the websites I found from the original Oz books. GM really did his research.

Heh... and she thinks she's getting it back. *Elphaba Laugh* Oh, how Wicked! I agree with you, if I didn't own the book, and just borrowed instead, I wouldn't give it back for anything...except money...and my own copy... -gyps

I agree with you, if I didn't own the book, and just borrowed instead, I wouldn't give it back for anything...except money...and my own copy... -gyps Now that I think about it, I have a price... but I think this is only a PG13 board, so I'll keep it to myself. Besides, she'd probobly beat me if I tried to keep it--except I'm not going to see her for like a week, so till then its MINE. ;D Drills was the wrong word. Fire alarms used to go off early in the morning...however one hasn't happened in a while *crosses her fingers and prays she didn't just jinx herself* I half figured. There just seems to be something about the early morning hours that makes people forget to add water to their ramen, or think that trying to make toast in the microwave is a good idea. And the rest of the floor just ends up not talking to them for a week. Aww heck.. why not. The price is well.. Quiche... she makes really good quiche. That and a block of Sharp Cheddar and Ritz Crackers. MMmm.. the store is open for another half hour.. *grabs his coat*
