How do you make animated icons? I have been trying and trying to figure it out. Any help would be apperciated!

How do you make animated icons? I have been trying and trying to figure it out. Any help would be apperciated! First you need an animation program - I use JASC Animation Shop 3. In that program you can do many kinda of effects with text and the image itself. |
