ahh im jealous of yall! i live in texas and want to go to nyc so badly to see her! i told my mom i already bought tickets....haha hoping maybe shed be like o then we better buy plane tickets to see her....hmm ya didnt work!!! haha but tell me how she is!!

she'll probably sing the songs on her albums and some of her show repitoire (sp?) so i'd expect her to be singing some wicked and charlie brown stuff as well.
(at least thats what bernadette peters did at her concerts...)

Aww....Dallas. I suck. But yay for people in Texas who like Wicked!!!! (My grandfather told me, and this is a quote "not to wear a shirt that says Wicked around because nobody knows what it is" and I was like "Ok, Grandpa, it's not a garage production - it's a multi-million dollar, Tony-award-winning Broadway show." And he's like "Still - you're being ridiculous if you think anyone else in Texas has heard of it." HA! Crazy old man... ;D ) Right, um, something ON topic ---- So, I hear Kristin has a concert at Carnegie Hall.... |

lol youd be surprised!! My friend just got back from a camp here in TX "Camp Longhorn" and she said that they did a memorial service for a counselor that died and one of the songs they sang was "For Good"!! I was like wtf?? in Texas?? lol
OMG LAURA!! I am from HOUSTON too!! wow this is like the first time i meet anyone from Houston!! woohoo! what area??
ughh now i am so upset that i cant go to the concert..i really wana hear her sing YAGMCB stuff..and everything! she is AMMAAHZING! everyone that goes have to give DETAILS!! ;D

I am dying to see the Hairspray tour (which is skipping me and coming to you guys - just like the Wicked tour probably will), so I am thinking about driving down for that. What I do for my musicals....  So many of my friends have gone to Camp Longhorn! That was random, I was just excited to see it mentioned. Anyway, Kristin's concert: I really, really want to go (especially since our stupid PBS station didn't air the stuff from her last concert that they were supposed to...grrr), but I guess I'll have to settle for very vivid descriptions from those who do go. See....we're on topic. ;D |
