I was soooooo soooooo soooo happy!!!!! Omg, I was like screaming and my parents freaked out as well...lol. I was mad DRS didn't win best musical, cause I've heard Spamalot isn't that great, but this alone made my night!!! GO NORBERT

I was brutally forced to go to sleep at 10:45. But this morning I nearly ripped the paper apart looking for the Tony list...and I saw Norbert's name! I was absolutely ecstatic! He deserves this so much...and to top that off, they preformed Great Big Stuff at the Tonys. All in all, a good show.

I was thrilled he won, I was literally biting my nails when the category came up. It was great, it was the icing on the cake along with Dan Fogler (the Freddy Benson/Norbert Leo Butz of Spelling Bee) winning best featured actor, and spelling bee winning best book. I wish DRS won more though...

I have to admit, the performance of "Great Big Stuff" wasn't Norbert's best I'm so glad Dan Folger won! He was absolutely kick-ass.

I have to admit, the performance of "Great Big Stuff" wasn't Norbert's best. I thought so, but I was just glad to see it performed. I love the song but have never seen DRS.

OMG! I just bought the soundtrack and it's so great! Sherri Renee Scott's voice sounds almost identical to Glen Headley in the movie, I find that amusing. I'd have to say my favourite songs are:
The Overture Great Big Stuff (Norbert's great in that one) Oklahoma (She has so much energy, it's great) Here I Am (More energy again) The Miracle (I LOVE how quickly she talks at the end espically the 'da-da-da-da-da-da-da') The More We Dance The Reckoning Dirty Rotten Number
I can't get over how great this CD is, I just hope that one day I'll get to NY to see it....or maybe somehow it'll go on tour even through I haven't seen any evidence or such a tour I can still hope.

Random question for those who've seen DRS, I'll put it in black just in case it's considered a spoiler even though I highly doubt it: *During "What Was A Woman To Do?" one woman says He had the most amazing eyes That I had ever seen. He came in with a ticket For the Second Mezzanine. I ripped it up and put him right down there in J-13. So I was trying to figure out why Murial says "Miss, if you don't mind" and I deduced that a random usher in the house sang that part 'interputing' the show. So...am I right?*
thanks to anyone who can answer this!

Yeah, a random usher sings that from the audience. She's a cast member, obviously, but that's what the character is. It's not really a spoiler, I think, because in the OBCR booklet it says "Usherette" for that part.
As for Sherie's voice, it's similar enough to Glenne's that my sister (who's a fan of the movie and Sherie things in general) though that it was Sherie in the movie Confessions of a Drama Queen, when in fact it was Glenne. LLAM.
