So many of the made-up words used in the musical make you smirk or roll your eyes, but some of them are genius and have trickled into the everyday vocabulary of the Wicked fan. What are your favourite Ozian lines or lines you use in everyday speech? And just how many of them are there in the musical?? I'm addicted to saying 'disgusticified.' And 'clock tick.' 'Swankified.' is another good one too Others: Braverism Congratulotions Definish. I kow there's a ton more but it's up to everyone else!

Morrible says "surreptitially" and I think the real word is "surreptitiously".
Is "verdigris" a real word? either way I like it!

that's a real word. I dig moodified and swankified and sinceriously. llam sinceriously. I think Morrible turns the word into an Ozian one but I typed it out wrong cuz my spelling is crap. Oh yeah, I think FaeatShiz has it the way it's supposed to be. I think verdigris is made up is it not??

I'm next to positive verdigris is a real word. I see stupified as a sort of Oz word, even though it's not. I use others too, my mind has blanked right now though.

verdigris: A green patina or crust of copper sulfate or copper chloride formed on copper, brass, and bronze exposed to air or seawater for long periods of time. It's a real word But I thought it was made up until someone told me I had misspelled it and that it was a real word... I believe I still have the original, misspelled banner somewhere...

You didn't by any chance try to spell it 'verdiSgris', didja? Cuz that's how I always thought it was spelled until I read my lyrics. Or vert-igris would make sense with the french word for green. But I had no idea it was a real word! Gosh I'm dumb today! Hey has anyone said "hideodeous" yet?

Disgustingified has become part of my daily speech, although until the other day I always thought they had said " Disgusting Inside." Shame on me for not reading the lyric book close enough. -gyps

" Disrespectation" is one of my favorites ;D . ~~~Amy~~~ I actually said that to one of my teachers the other day. Of course I quickly corrected myself but they were probably like 'Why can't she speak english?'
