i agree elphie...she was probably crying because she knew she was the worst 2nite. o well..she did well in the competition but its time for her to go.
im rooting for latoya..she did such a great job 2nite!

Idina could sing the phone book and it'd be fabulous.
And, topic! I was watching it tonight and I couldn't figure out where the blonde chick who sang last came from. I mean, I'm not an avid AI watcher in the least but I've never seen her before...who is she?

Some southern place. Oh, Georgia maybe? I dunno I've never really been that big a fan of hers but she totally stepped up to challenge tonight. Like someone said to me 'it's like she has a whole different voice- where has this Diana been throughout the competition?!' |

Well, between rehearsal last night and a general indifference about the song style chosen, I missed last night's show. But you say Jaz had a bad night? Was anyone else weak or was it pretty clear that now she's the weakest link?

its vry clear that jasmine is the weakest link..
the other 3 were all excellent..the judges seemed to love all of them..so its gonna be tough competition!

I think I've figured out what the problem is with all the people voting for AI, they are TONE DEAF!
I can't believe Latoya is gone!
The only consolation is that she's going to get a record deal out of this. She was awesome till the end. Everyone else was crying and she sang Don't Rain on My Parade perfectly. No tears no nothing! She's awesome
and if Jasmine doesn't shape up next week, oh I don't know what I'm going to do cuz I'm gonna keep watching the stupid show I know I will. ;D

I'm extremely sad for LaToya... but Clay made a VERY good point tonight. It's becoming more and more common for the non-winners to wind up with relatively lucrative record deals too. The top 4 will be fine. At this point it's just a matter of who gets the big shiny "official" title....

Yeah George Huff told Seacrest next week that he's got a record deal, so come on of course Latoya will be alright  But it still doesn't make me feel any better. I hear the Don't Rain was kickass- so mad I've never even heard her sing it!! And I heard Paula and Randy were hugging and crying but Latoya wasn't... she's a class act all the way  |

they just prolonged the agony, although the music was pretty good
