these are sorta what i remember from the past month,cuz i had some really good ones but the wicked moments thread didn't work
*in french class we were watching clueless (in english-so i understood it!) and right after cher takes the brittany murphy character under her wing, she says something like "her whole life is gonna change and all because of me!" i almost squealed, but we were already in trouble w/ my teacher so i decided against it.
*i had the same stepford wives nessa moment, but there was another, when they are talking about Sarah Sunderson (Faith Hill) and Bobbi (Bette Midler) goes BLONDE-just like elphie did in WITF! i was cracking up, and if i could have seen anyones faces in the theater they probably would have been giving me wierd looks
*i had to switch the colors of my braces right after the Tonys and i got them pink and green-so of course all my friends commented on them (cause i don't like the color lime green very much) and i was like its in honnor of wicked and their tony wins! and everyone just shook their heads and walked away
*im graduating (middle school) this year and so theres a lot of yearbook signing so in all of my friends year books i wrote Congratulotions, and anyother wicked words i could try to sneak in. and next to my signutare, i drew a little glinda wand!
*during my algebra final i took a piece of scrap paper and started making, first, a sheet of all the good wicked/kristin/idina quotes from the tonys, and the second of any good general wicked/kristin/idina quotes! (my favorite being kristins ode to hugh song)
*the day after the tonys i walked into school and greeted everyone of my friends by jumping up and down (very galindaesque) and squealing "dee won dee won dee won!!!!!!!" and their all like what? and i was like dee won!! and they were like whose dee, so i said idina (blank stares) menzel (more blank stares) you know the one from wicked ("oh!, you call her by her nickname?")
*i read (somewhere) about an adlib right after the tonys were kristin pickes up the mirror (during popular) and goes, it looks like a tony, so right after i went that i was going to cvs and i saw a mirror (that did look like a tony) so i turned to the person i was with (who had read the story) and went It looks like a tony!!!! andshe just looked at me like, you are one crazy person.
i think thats it, even if its not, it think i wrote a bit to much anyway, sorry.

I was in the city yesterday and we went to the Statue of Liberty. When we were waiting for the ferry, I noticed some girls near us wearing Wicked shirts! (one was the Popular shirt and the other was the fitted Shiz U. shirt) I tried to eavesdrop (very bad, but I wanted to hear about Wicked) and they did mention some stuff about Wicked. I wanted to talk to them, but I'm not good at just starting a conversation with people I don't know.

I had Wicked moments yesterday, too. It included the girls in Wicked shirts, but I was also randomly bursting into Wicked songs on the bus ride to the train station. Just all of a sudden I start singing "The trouble with schools is..."

i always find myself having wicked moments.. cause everything that i do.. i could easily pull out a line from wicked and the break into song lol.. ive had alot of wicked moments.. but only some are popping out of my head right now.. *i took the SAT june 5th.. and one of hte words was surupticous (something like that) and i just wanted to burst out "where she had been lurking surupticuouslyyyyy" * the day after the tonys.. i know very few of my friends that have seen wicked or know what it is.... and so.. when i walked into chorus.. iwas flipping out talkin about the tonys and was soo excited thath Dee won * the day after that my friends Anjuli and emily I saw Wicked for hte first time.... we were going crazy when we went to go talk to our chorus teacher cause she had just taken choralesemble to see it 2 weeks earlier ( i wanted to go with them grrr ) ... we just kept on finishing eachothers sentences.. and it was funny to see my teacher soo giddy and the people from my class walked in the just had weird faces on like " what are they crazy??" * ive heard things that remind me of wicked and then either start humming the song that remind of it ... or start singing the song..  |

I had to go to my brother's baseball tournement today and so I was playing with my brother's best friends' little sister Hannah (4 years old remember) and she had bubbles and so I was sitting on the side of the field while Hannah was talking to her mom and I blew some bubbles and then my brother saw and he pointed at me and yelled "Look! It's Glinda!" really loud and I was like "Whoa, that's a first. He hates musicals" and then Hannah came back and was like "Some day I want to ride in a bubble like Glinda in the Wizard of Oz" and I was like "WAH!!! I LOVE YOU!!" it was great.

I have so many Wicked & Oz moments, that I won't try to recap any past ones, but i'll try to post all from now on.
Today I was in the car w/ my Mom & she said "I've been thinking" & I said "So i've heard", not a major Wicked moment, but so far the only one today.
Oh, I said I wasn't gonna recap, but this one just sticks out a lot, when my friends & I 1st found out about the Oz auditions, it was known as soon as I saw the flyer I would be trying out for the Scarecrow & my friend Sarah would be trying for Dorothy, but then Savannah decided to try out for Glinda, so she asked me, being the Oz fanatic that I am to be her Glindafication coach. We were sitting in the cafeteria by the way & I break out into song, im like "Sure! I'll show you what shoes to wear, how to fix your hair, everything that really counts to be popular!"

studying for the regents i have....( and reading stuff on the board too llam)
my brother comes down and inturrupts me ..and gives me a slurpy that he didnt wanna finish..
well while i was finishing the slurpy.. with the cup tipped ...looking at the liquified remains of a the once slushy pink yuminess.. i knoticed that the straw was green... and just blurted out
"pink goes good with green"
and he just laughed at me ..

woah, ok this may just prove that i'm TOO obsessed with wicked...
this afternoon i cleaned my room (sort of) and sang along to my wicked cd. tonight i was lying in bed listening to it on my earphones, and after i fell asleep my dad comes in and goes "ITS 12:45 AT NIGHT AND SOME OF US ARE TRYING TO SLEEP!". i sit up groggily and go "what??" and he replies: "you were singing in your sleep. REALLY loudly."

Are you saying you have Wicked Witch of the East?! well its a live clip that someone sent me... and i just put it on a cd with the rest of the songs.. oh and.. llam when no ones home except for me.. i usually turn the volume up and sing all the songs with my door closed... one time.. my mom came home and barged in my room.. and i was there with my arms up belting the last note of wizard and i ( and she had been knocking a while but i didnt hear it) it was the funniest ( but embarassing ) thing llam |
