I was reading a book called "Postern of Fate" and all of a sudden I have WITF going through my head and I have to restrain from singing it aloud b/c in the book it said (exact wording) "Well, these things are sent to try us."

I was on the phone with my boyfriend and I was going to have some ice cream, and he asked me what kind I was having, and I said, "ELPHABA!" He totally didn't get it. My new thing is to call mint-chocolate-chip ice cream "Elphaba" because it's green, and it has little black things in it, and we all know Elphaba wears black and is green!

There's a big, fancy-shmancy dry cleaners where my dad gets his suits cleaned and it's called "Emerald Cleaners" and my mom had to go get a suit there for my dad and she was like "Come on Grant, we can go get a Caribou after we get Dad's suit. It'll just be one short trip." And then her face changed and I knew she was thinking "What have a done?" cuz then I started singing:
One short trip To the Emerald Cleaners One short trip Just to get Daddy's suit
hehe there was more, but it was just senseless ramblings that I don't feel the need to share here (it would show how blonde-on-the-inside I really am)

I had like 50 bakillion Wicked moments on my trip to Connecticut that i just got back from. My friend MAC invited me and 4 other ppl..all of whom i have gotten completley obsessed with Wicked and 2 of whom are seeing it this week. All day we would sing songs and wear green lipstick and we got a lot of ppl in Connecticut into it lol it was so much fun..We especially liked to sing Defying Gravity while tubing and jet skiing..

Today I was in the car and my dad was talking about baseball with my little brothers so I was ignoring them and dazing off and then all the sudden I heard him say "Oh..and theres been a new addition to the team. Idina Menzel is the newest catcher." and I heard my brother go "REALLY! Are you serious! ?" haha hes so gullible...and then my dad tryings to be all announcer-like with "Batting next for the Mets..number 28 is the one and only IDINA MENZEL!! Ohh..wait...a mistake just came in...sorry..she'll just be singing the national anthem." "So instead...up next issssss...KRISTIN CHENOWETH!"
My family can be very weird...llam and not funny either...and my dad is always trying to catch my attention by adding Wicked/Idina/Kristin into everyday conversation..ohh god llam

i was in dance class yesterday, and we are all getting on our shoes so we can start the combo, when the teacher puts on music. so im sitting there when i hear kristins voice, really loudly go "dearest darlingest momsie and popsicle" dso i jumped and practiaclly squealed casue thats what we were dancing to!! hehe.
oh so later in that class, the teacher just teaches part of the elphie part of the combo, when thunder crashed REALLY loudly, and i like jumped 5 ft. so the teacher turns and goes oh it must be the wicked witch shes mad casuse im making fun of her. then she looks at her watch and says, oh wait, actually shes in the middle of her maitinae (i know i cant spell) right now. i was the onlyone who found it amusing.

I was at work the other day and my boss's little girl who is 3 was there playing while her mom was working. So I took a break and was playing with her and out of the blue she looked up to me and said "What would you do if I was green?" I said "Dude, you would be my favorite person in the whole world." Of course she didn't know what I was talking about but oh well.

Last night I was out to dinner and my dad was talking about some annoying person at his company and I wasn't really listening. But then he looks at me and goes, "In the words of Idina, no good deed goes unpunished!" llamoc. My dad thinks he's really funny (he's not).
