Well I had a sort of unusual Wicked moment yesterday. I was filling in this "Mad Libs" thing. (If you don't know, you're asked for certain types of random words and then later fill them into a story.) Well the story was, "My Dream Woman", and the last two sentences read like this:
"I know a green girl like this is hard to find. In fact, the only one I can think of is Elphaba."
I swear, I didn't plan for it to have anything to do with Wicked.

On the O.C. tonight, Sandy said, "no good deed goes unpunished". Too bad he didn't break into song like I did...

I was at this meeting thingy after school and someone was talking about being on the Literary Magazine. Someone asked him if he thought it was a good club to be on and he was just like, "Eh..Who can say if I've been changed for the better?" I had to control myself to keep from breaking into song!!!

Someone all but quoted "For Good" verbatim today when we were having a senior luncheon with the headmaster...
Also, is it absurdly weird that I spent a bit of tonight's out-of-this-world Green Day concert noting the lighting color choices and thinking, "It's all grand! And it's all green!"?

Driving to lunch yesterday, I spotted a silver Jetta with the license plate "WIZ OZ," which made me smile.

I was at K-Mart yesterday with my mom and we saw this nightshirt with Grumpy Bear on it that said "Most Popular". My mom started singing "Popular", and she blamed me for getting it in her head.

I was watching VH1's "Awesomely Bad Career Moves" at about midnight just now, and someone said "just because it's popular doesn't make it good." I nearly *squeed* aloud, but my family was all trying to sleep...

Yesterday in class,my friend and I were reading "Holes" and it was talking about Stanley Yelnats "seeming to defy gravity".I have never stifled a giggle so long in my life, and it still got out.My friend and I got lots of stares.A boy sitting near me said "What's wrong?" and here me and Brittany (my friend) were talking about Stanley "defying gravity".We sang the song later at recess, too.Last week,we were watching a video about gravity, and I couldn't stop grinning.

If you have the new Yahoo Messenger version, you'll know what I'm saying.
On Yahoo Messenger, there's a LAUNCHcast radio station that plays showtunes.I acessed the station, and the first thing I heard was a bunch of people singing "one short day in the Emerald Cityyyy..." I ran around the house screaming (yes church is going on,too!).

I hate it when it looks like I'm spamming, but oh well... My older half-brother is in a show choir, and his show was on Monday.Well, when I got the program in my hands,I almost fainted...they were singing not one,but TWO Wicked songs ("The Wizard and I" and "For Good")!I don't wanna sound rude,but...Well,let's just say you guys probably would be like me and tempted to go up there and steal the mic from the girl singing "The Wizard And I" because her voice was very,erm,crack-y.Oh well, the girls who sang "For Good" had me almost crying (this was the first act of the show (with kids doing solos, there was a Ryan Cabrera, too),and the rest was pretty cool.It was on TV last night on a local station,if you're from Western Virginia(on the KY-VA border),you may get WRPG-5?I dunno). That was my moment on Monday. On Tuesday (yes,Tuesday, yesterday,I have daily moments), my friend and I were acting really crazy coming back from a daylong school trip because we were listening to Wicked on our CD players (well,my cast album,I had a CD with a bunch of my show tunes collected on it (Rent, etc) that had some of the songs).I had an empty water botle and started saying,"Wickedness must be punished!" and we were saying Boq's first speaking bit,too (Where he goes,"...I have a personal score to settle with Elph-With the Witch!").Then in the school parking lot after we got home,my other friend Katelyn (Glinda,as I call her in obsessive times, the first friend I spoke of in this post is called Shen-Shen,we have no other name for her,Nessa was taken, but she's gonna be Glinda when we try to get to sing "For Good" at her 8th grade graduation(I'm in 7th,she's in 8th)!And yes,I know I'm a big nerd... (Wow,long parentheses!) and I were acting out our version of the catfight, with an invisible wand and my "wickedness must be punished" bat (water bottle, but It's too much like a bat to mention) as a broom (If you can't tell by now,I was Elphie and Katelyn was Glinda,Staci (Shen-Shen) was gone and probably almost home, our moms were talking to another parent.).I go,"charge!" and we charge at each other.I say,"Drop your weapons, now." We do so.Then, I said,"Ok,get my hat and try to beat me senseless!" and there we were, her pretending to beat me senseless with a hat and me trying to smack her "tiara"(nothing there) off.She screamed and ran,and I ran after her.We didn't get in trouble either. We'd spent the whole day with a shut mouth in order to pet a kangaroo (they're really soft, too). Wow,long post again!Sorry...*sidles off to corner*

Another LAUNCHcast moment (today,mind you)...
DEFYING GRAVITY CAME ON THE LAUNCHCAST SHOWTUNES STATION AT 1:14 PM,WEDNSDAY,MAY 11!YAY!
lol,I am too happy, aren't I?Mom's asleep,or else I'd scream! *********************************************** This one relates more to an 'Idina moment' but "Take Me or Leave Me" came on LAUNCHcast a minute ago,and I thought,"Good gracious,I'm having a good day with LAUNCHcast. *********************************************** Todya,Mom got a book from my great aunt called "Wicked".It was funny, though. The other day,my *slutty* principal had on green and black.I almost freaked out,but since she was dressed *inappropriately*,I didn't.On the George Lucas/Star Wars thing on Biography, they just said "...a Wizard,a mentor" and I just grinned (this was a couple minutes ago).We watched "The Wiz" a couple days ago in music class, and I kept thinking "Man,her name's ELPHABA,not EVILENE!" and "Shoo gah,she doesn't melt!"It was funny, especially because I thought of Michael Jackson as Fiyero... ***********************************************

Yesterday, on VH1's Game Show Moments Gone Bananas 1, there was a part where Ben Stein (the host) said "No good answer goes unpunished." (To answer a question, the contestants had to drink their own pee... gross, I know) I was like, Sweet Shiz, that's from Wicked! Lol I'm a loser I know

* "Shoo gah,she doesn't melt!"* You need to black out spoilers in your messages! It's a rule here so we don't ruin the surprises for people who haven't seen the show yet.

I was watching the original Star Wars trilogy and in Return of the Jedi someone says "come with me". I turned to my sister and said "to the Emerald City".
