So, I fell on my head today, and I had this cool idea for a contest....
Usually, when I make icons, I go through my files and pic a totally random pic, and try to make an icon from it. Surprisingly, some of my best ones have come from that method. So, I was talking with a friend on AIM about this, and we decided that this would be a cool contest (sort of like the Caption Contest). We played it ourselves, and here were the results:
Yea....it was Rob's first icon....he wrote on Joey's face....
Anyways, I'm gonna post a random pic from my computer. Everyone who wants to play has 1 week to make an icon from the picture and post it on this thread. It can be animated, still, funny, artistic, use other pics,...whatever, you have free range! Just so long as you use the picture I post, and make an icon that's 100 pixels by 100 pixels.
After that, everyone will have 1 week to PM me with the screen name of the person with the icon they like best, and then I'll announce the winner!
Rules (takin from Caption Contest):
1. Only one entry per person
2. You may not vote for your own icon.
3. Please pm votes only, votes that are posted openly will not count.
What will you win? Good Question...
I'm not sure. But there will probably be a bunch...well, at least a few good icons, llam.
Remember, you have free range, but you have to incorporate this picture:
Submit your icon by midnight of Monday, August 16th (central time)
